Our plan was to have a relaxing getaway with a great view of the Gulf. This place provided exactly that. Everything was clean, in order, and ready for our arrival. We did have a small hiccup on arrival. The AC was not cooling upstairs but the owner was on-site within an hour and had us going in no time. Those type of things happen in the summer heat of Florida. The fact that the issue was handled in such an awesome manner made us forget it even happened and the rest of the stay was perfect. Once we were on the top floor watching the sunset we were in the best place we could have possibly been. I want to thank the owner for a great stay. We could not have asked for anything better.
Loved this house, it was so beautiful and I saw a dolphin in the gulf from the top balcony when I arrived! There was plenty of deck room, walked in the water to the beach on the wonderful sand bar. The family snorkeled and looked at the Blue Crabs, Horseshoe Crabs, starfish, mullet, dolphins, and even a baby hammerhead shark. Everyone in the family played billards, we played some family games, and the TV had Amazon Prime for movies. The kitchen has great pots and pans and plenty of dishware, only regret is that I did not have more days.
Very nice house witha great view of the gulf and beautiful sunsets
Easy to check in, just out enough to get away from the hassle and bustle of the city. Restaurant just down the road with great food. Would definitely stay again!
This is a great vacation home! Excellent location with great amenities. Home was clean, kitchen was well stocked, beds were extremely comfortable and pool table was a great addition to our family time. I would highly recommend this beach home!!
The location of the property can not be beat. I love the beach and make a point to travel to locations with great beach access and Laura’s Pine Valley house did not disappoint. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to stay again.

Thank you Shelly! Look forward to you coming back!
We stayed here with our family (total 6 people) and the house was clean and spacious, with everything we needed. The private beach is just 200' from the door and it was fantastic. We even saw dolphins.
Host was very responsive. House in good condition. Well stocked with paper goods and soaps. Laundry room was an added bonus. Plenty of towels for bathing and plenty beach towels. All appliances worked as expected. Gas grill was another bonus. Cleaning mops, brooms, vacuum and dusters were conveniently located in the laundry room. Very clean home. The beach/park was a three minute walk. Amenities at beach. ( bathrooms, kids play area , beach, three pavilions with charcoal grills. Food truck only on weekends)great for small children the water is calm and low.
The house was perfect. Plenty of room for my family. Lots of things to do nearby. And the view off the deck was awesome. Highly recommend this property if you want peace and quiet.
4th time staying here. We love the island and the beautiful house. We saw 🐬 dolphins everyday. So quiet and peaceful. Home away from home. Can't wait to go back.
It was the perfect house for our family.
We loved so much to sit on the second floor deck for breakfast and for sunsets with a glass of wine.
The home was spotless and spacious for our family to relax and enjoy
Thank you so much for opening your home to us.
Would recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a chill Florida vacation
This is a Wonderful home in a relaxing location and our second time staying here. The first floor is open concept and a great place to just hang out. We love the quiet neighborhood and nearby beach. Everything is as described and the owners are responsive and easy to work with. Kayaking on the various springs is also a great time. Our favorite restaurant is Bryans Place. We fully recommend this property.
We really enjoyed our stay at this Pine Island gem. The house was beautiful - far exceeded our expectations for a vacation stay. Very comfortable, upscale, and even had some toys/books for my toddler and a pack-n-play for our infant. The private beach at the end of the lane is also gorgeous - clear water with lots of fun for the kids to poke around in the water or adults to enjoy a beautiful, secluded sunset. The area was more "out there" than we anticipated but we ended up really liking the seclusion and vibe - definitely different than many places in Florida.
Fantastic home separated from the beach by one house. Watched dolphins swim every day. This was our 2nd vacation to Pine Island and we love it here. It was especially quiet since the public beach had not reopened. We will be back. Well maintained property, neighbors are very friendly and polite.
This VRBO on Pine Island was perfect for our stay with friends. Laura was very responsive to our questions. We found the house very clean, with a well-stocked kitchen.
Every evening we watched the sunset from the top-floor balcony. Pine Island feels secluded, yet it is only a fifteen-minute drive to restaurants and shopping. The park, at the end of the island, is a ten-minute walk and perfect for a beach day. Willie’s beach grill is located in the park and serves excellent food.
