Only 15km away from Riberac and 25 km from Périgueux. 30min drive from Brantome, nicknamed "Venice of the Perigord"; 45min from the excellent Bergerac vineyards; 45min from Villars Cave, natural stalactite and stalagmite cave; 1 hour drive from Sarlat, Lascaux and Les Eyzies (National Museum of Prehistory); 1h30 from Bordeaux city center.
Easy access to the A89 highway (15 minutes).
We are looking for a double bed and a double bed for a child, upon request; large fully equipped kitchen (gas cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer); large dining-room with farmhouse table; one bathroom (shower) and a separate toilet; laundry room with washing machine. Lovely shaded terrace with patio furniture (dining table, chairs, sunbeds) and barbecue.
Very large outdoor space (garden and field) with a swing set, far from the road, ideal for kids and pets.
Many outdoor and aquatic activities, hikes, cultural visits and culinary discoveries very close-by. Enjoy the Dordogne!

Location isolée pour les amoureux du calme et la nature.
Séjour agréable. Le logement est isolé ce qui permet un repos complet. La maison est suffisamment grande. Il y’a 3 chambres dont une un peu plus à l’écart. Le terrain est très grand et bien entretenu, la terrasse est ombragé. Logement parfaitement adapté à la découverte de la région.

décevant
très déçu terrain non clôturé, pas de réseau wifi et tel, très loin des lieux à visiter, beaucoup de problème dans la maison ( humidité avec moisissure, vaisselles sales et problème avec l' eau chaude dû faire intervenir plusieurs fois la soeur de la propriétaire ). Je ne le recommande pas

Trés décevantes aussi ces dames !
La WIFI n'est pas notée dans les critères de l'annonce
de même que la cloture;
Nous avions échangé plusieurs mails jamais ces questions n'ont été abordées
Nous n'avions nous mêmes pas été informés de la présence de 2 chiens meme si nous les acceptons Nous aurions appréciees de le savoir avant
Quand à la situation de la maison,
la Dordogne est un trés grand département, dans le descriptif les kilomètres pour accéder aux différents sites sont notés
Le chauffe eau malheureusement a eu un disfonctionnement du à la trés grande consommation d'eau ( nous l'avons d'ailleurs remplacé )
Ma soeur qui est également propriétaire est intervenue avec son mari aussitôt.
Merci Mesdames pour les poubelles et bouteilles que nous avons du jeter.
Nous ne les recommandons pas
