`From May 1st to September 30th, we require a 3 to 6-night stay when booking any weekend night if more than 3 months out and a 2 to 3-night weekend stay if booked less than 2 months away from the dates you want to book.
1 night stays are approved on case by case basis and typically accepted during the week in peak season and 99 percent of the time in off season times. Our rates may require a upcharge for shorter stays than seasonal requirements 10-50 percent and send with special offers agreed prior to booking. See guest services for algorithmic amounts.

Our locations are private to your group, your rental is isolated no access within your rental by others. This house has 2 house escape games, starting under silverware first clue. We have unshared transportation free from uber provided DADDS MAGIC BUS, we have a great place with hot swim pool spa, for your group with great views from any floor and the design allows you to move around with plenty of room for large groups and small groups will feel very comfy you do not share no house areas only the outside volleyball, parking. Your private Tiki bar game room with free kayaks, canoe, rowboat and plenty of fish to catch by the fire pit right by the water and beach volleyball and Pontoon boat rentals.

Our property have a door ring cam and 2 camera on the driveway and no indoor cameras for your security and are typically only monitored if you have extra guests or visitors to add with our open door policy and to make sure your not parking in the streets. We have no interior cameras.

When you rent all 4 levels you have the only access however if you rent the upper 3 levels see other listings not this listing ... it`s totally separate from the lower level is a separate listing also and very private.

You may access all parts of this house except the garage, pantry and owner closet for master bedroom.
We do not split levels in peak season unless we have a cancel or opening last minute.

We will have a check in/out person that will meet you at the property and you will text 1 hour prior and call them prior to arrival.
We will send you a group text with check in person, repair person and manager/ owner which be on alert if you have any concerns just text in your questions, concerns or immediate needs in which we can dispatch a person to take care of your requests asap, please reply with check in time and estimated group size.

We have a house manual on site, you can access 6 channels available for internet, the check in person will meet you at the property and if you have any questions for pontoon boat rental or car service or limousine service just text into our group is the manager/ owner to get almost instant answers. Pontoon boat also is with another options on the lake and is not our pontoon.
We have adjusted the prep clean fee to $20 per person based on actual guests and added guests past 9pm will need to pay for stay at $25 per person and clean prep one time fee $20 per person.

Campau and Kettle Lake we own the whole cul-de-sac with no neighbors across the street from us and have maintenance persons and cleaners nearby with a school and playground with basketball courts on the corner to our road. We own the house next door and the last 2 houses are owned by family and have rented this location for over 15 years.

We have transportation services DADDS MAGIC BUS AND LIMOUSINE with great experience packages, for all ages, bounce for the kids or casino and brewery scavenger hunts for the big kids.
Turn in up to 10% of your rental receipts or one nights round trip transfer receipt for transportation for refund on your rental, or upgrade to our limo service $12.50 per person each way or approx. $30 per person for 4 -5-hour local rental min # paid seats required.

Rates are set according to 16 guests and adjusted per our open-door policy (which means you can have over 10 guests just advise and pay in the app at $25 per person per night based on your actual count (kids under 12 are half price) prep clean fee is also one time fee $20 each person and includes linens. All damage deposits will be refunded after 21 days after your stay if no damages are found and/or any fees not paid. We want to remind you to leave the property like it was when you arrived other than linens leave at the foot of each bed. Trash to be taken to the dumpster and dishes to be put away. Keep from bringing sand into the hot tub to avoid additional cleaning fees charged after your stay, no fireworks no smoking on decks or in the house, do not pitch buts off the decks into the grass please. We have free firewood across the street for your use be careful with fires and keep small children attended by the water at all times. Have a great time. Check in/ out prep are not included and due cash upon arrival or prebilled pending group size.
We have a guest check in person that and if not available will get your code for you by text and check on you if needed, your first 5 guests are covered in the clean prep fee in in billing at approx. $20 per person, however if you add more than 5 guest plans on paying in app platform the extra prep fee.
We have an open-door policy.
This means you can add guests up to and including after your arrival.
The fees for your guests will be calculated after you decide your done adding or inviting guests and giving us your final total.
Extra guests are $25 per night and a 1 time prep clean and linen fee $20 per person less what you already pay in your original requested fee typically $20 to note the per person rate ideally a red flag to note it`s still due because of such a low amount.
This can be deducted or will be taken from your deposit if not paid along with any damages or not cleaned or missing items.

We prefer to clear this up before your arrival if your open door guests numbers are certain, however we can wait until 24 hours before check out if you prefer and need time to get your open door numbers finalized.
This is much like a fridge in a hotel with fresh beverages as you consume them you will have to eventually pay at check out.

The rental agreement must be signed within three days deposit paid constitutes signature of agreement on file and of your booking approval, and a copy of your ID must be sent to us before check in failure to do so may result in the cancellation and loss of deposit or monies paid for your reservation without a refund. Cancellations after a rate discount is applied to advertised rates constitute a non-refundable agreement for any cancellations and can allow to a transfer to new dates with 10% cost, and credit card fees are applied at 3.99 % to all reservations charges. Reservations are final in peak seasons, and no refunds for cancellations are given for any monies paid.
Caretakers stay onsite on a nearby property, either in a camper or one of the cottages, to assist with any issues that may arise.
Smoking is allowed outside areas only, No fireworks or events... You need to sign the rental agreement within three days of your booking approval. If not signed, it will be considered accepted once payment is processed or received.
