The apartment is on the 6th floor with 2 elevators in a luxury residence "Le Casino", secured by badge.

Canet-plage is a dynamic seaside resort with its many day and evening entertainment (markets, musical entertainment, activities for children), its gently sloping sandy beaches ideal for children with its monitoring stations all day long without forget its marina, its nautical stadium and its beautiful aquarium.
Many activities nearby (water sports, beach club for the whole family, mini-golf, hiking, mountain biking, tennis, casino, nightclubs ...)

Canet-plage is a tourist holiday resort ideally located between sea and mountains for a total change of scenery. You pass from the sandy beach by the pond and its fishing village to the Pyrenees in just a few minutes, while admiring the Mont Canigou in passing and being at the gates of Spain in 30 minutes.

Rental contract sent as soon as the reservation is made, to be returned signed and accompanied by a deposit check in the amount of € 280 (not cashed) and delivered within 10 days of the rental departure, subject to condition places consistent with that of arrival.

Possibility of renting a linen pack (sheets + bath sheets + hand towel) at a rate of 15 € per person.
Tourist tax fees included in the price.
