SPLASH PAD!!! Bring the FAMILY! - 3 Bedroom GULF FRONT!

Your stay in this beautifully furnished and decorated three bedroom and two bathroom condo could be one of the highlights of your beach vacation. Your living area furnishings include a couch and several armchairs, and for fun you have a flat screen television and a DVD player, which occupy an armoire in a corner of the room. You will love the fully equipped kitchen that can fulfill all of your cooking needs. The breakfast bar has two stools for casual snacks, and close by is a wood table with six chairs. You can also dine at the table and four chairs located on the balcony, while you watch the constantly changing and scenes on the beach and water. The master bedroom suite offers a king-size bed, a flat screen television, balcony access, and a bathroom that contains a sink, granite vanity counter, and a large, fully tiled, step-in shower with two hand-held wands, as well as a grab bar. In the first guest bedroom are two full-size beds and a flat screen television, plus a bathroom with a sink, granite vanity counter, and another fully tiled, oversize step-in shower, with a hand-held wand. Guest bedroom two provides a queen-size bed and a flat screen television on a dresser.

Room clean and beachfront. Tips as follows:1. Load/ unload is challenging. Near parking is all residential. Parking lot is paved , but in wagon trail quality. Shakes everything to pieces. Two elevators, ground floor . Slows the process especially at peak times. 2. Showers, no tubs if you have small kids. 3. Clothes dryer takes a bit… like 2-3 runs. 4. What’s up with the outlets, intermittent working. 5. Beds rolling can be annoying for sleeping, lose pillow between bed and wall. Pool and common areas are nice and well kept. Easy walk to the beach. Wonderful fireworks display first night from neighbor resort. Very nice week all a nice family trip
