This unit is a Two Bedroom, 2 baths (1 tub, 2 showers), living/dining room areas, kitchen, cook and dishware, washer/dryer, private patio or balcony, 3 TV's, free WiFi, and sleeps 6-8.

Welk Resort has lots of summer children's programs and activities such as movies, arts and crafts, pool games and scavenger hunts. There are 7 pools, 2 water slides, children's interactive splash pad, 6 hot tubs, 5 rec centers, a fitness center, Basketball court, Pickle ball courts and Tennis courts. Weekly golf clinics are offered by one of the resort's golf pros. There are two golf courses on the premises, a par 3 and the Fountains Executive Course plus many other courses nearby. Or you could visit the adult pool/rec. center and never see kids.

Guests can experience casual dining at the Canyon Grille restaurant, Pizza Hut Express or Starbucks. The Market is always stocked with sundries and convenient grab-and-go items.

Location is close to San Diego Wild Animal Park, LEGO-LAND, North County Fair, Temecula wine country and Oceanside. It is also close to Southern California beaches, the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, San Diego's historic Old Town and Gaslamp Quarter, and Balboa Park.

NO PETS ALLOWED. Also, NO smoking inside the unit. No RV's, skates, roller blades, or scooters allowed. Occupants must be 21 years of age unless accompanied by adult. Adult must occupy the unit the entire week.
