LES HORTENSIAS - INDEPENDENT GITE

New, modern and bright cottage in an independent building on our property.
Classification: Furnished tourist accommodation 3 *.
Quiet area located 3.5 km from the beaches (coves or beautiful sandy beaches), less than 1 km from the city center and hyper-market 3 minutes by car.

On the ground floor :
- a bedroom with a 140X190 bed and a dressing room
- a shower room
- a living room of 28 m², including a fully equipped fitted kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave combination oven) and a living room (sofa, armchairs, TV ....).

Upstairs, on the mezzanine, two single beds (possibility of twinning if necessary) and a desk.

The main room opens onto a terrace in a small private garden.
Parking space.

Ideal for a good family holiday (beaches, numerous hiking trails, discovery of the heritage and the Breton islands ...), Fouesnant is located 15 km from Quimper (train station and airport), 12 km from Concarneau, 8 km from Bénodet . Sailing school, aquatic area, visit to the Glénan Islands, Golf 5 km away ...

Très bon gîte !

Le gîte est idéalement bien placé, proche de nombreux sites à visiter. L'accueil des propriétaires est chaleureux et la propreté des lieux irréprochable ! C'est une très bonne adresse à retenir pour de futures balades bretonnes.

Gîte très confortable, bien équipé et très bien tenu. Situation de choix pour explorer la région de Concarneau, Fouesnant et Bénodet. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, de bon conseil tout en restant discrets. Cerise sur le gâteau : nous avons bénéficié d'une météo exceptionnelle avec grand soleil tous les jours. Peut-être est-ce habituel en Bretagne ?...
