Las Palomas, 4 Star Resort, NEW Beautiful Beach Front Resort Largest 2 Bedroom

This is a beautiful Beach Front Condo located at the famous 4 star resort Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort, in Phase 2 which is the newer and most desired phase. This is a 2 bedroom on the 4th floor in the Cordoba Ocean Front Building. This is the most spacious 2 bedroom unit in the Las Palomas Complex. This has the largest gathering space to hang out with friends and family. Our condo plan has the largest balcony of all the 2 bedroom condos at Las Palomas. We welcome all guests, the resort does has a policy that you must have someone at the age of 25 years or older to be able to check in. This is the place to be during all the major holidays! Our room is allowed to have 6 guest total included in fees. 6 people are allowed at the rates provided, unit can sleep 1 additional guest for the resort fee charged. The extra person resort fee is $35 per person/per night fee. Let me be clear, I would never charge this, but the resort will collect this upon arrival to obtain the extra wrist bands.

Great host, excellent rental. Ice machine in the fridge was broken and host responded lightening fast to attempt to address and offered a very fair solution. This is clearly a cared-for property and owned by a very decent owner. Would rent again.

We had a great experience in this condo! It was very clean, very comfortable, well-equipped, and it has an amazing view of the ocean! Great location on the 4th floor, we really enjoyed the balcony and the open floor concept of kitchen, dining room, and living room. I was impressed by the cleanliness, it definitely made me feel comfortable to enjoy the condo like if it was my own house. It has a beautiful entrance and extra room for storage. Laundry room is big enough and central for both rooms. I also liked the big mirror in the dining room and the big kitchen island. The condo complex is quiet and secure, perfect for families. The host was very responsive, providing us with recommendations for local dining and activities. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely be returning!

Property was as advertised. Clean, spacious, well-equipped the Queen over King bunk in the second room was a great bonus. Loved the location of the resort, and the individual unit within the resort. Only negative was the long check-in process at the front desk, but that is no fault of the owner. Staff around the resort were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely try to visit again and would book this same unit is available.

Amazing time at Las Palomas!

We come to Rocky Point a few times a year. We enjoy staying at Las Palomas and really loved our stay at this particular unit. The condo was fully stocked w/ everything we needed. We made lots of home cooked meals and everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were super comfy and the rooms/bathrooms came fully stocked w/ everything we needed. The view from the 4th floor was AMAZING. We could had a full view of the ocean and the pool/lazy river. Our communication w/ the owner (Chris) was outstanding as he made sure we were enjoying ourselves and that we had everything we needed. We will be back to RP soon and will look to rent this same unit again!

Great view of the sea and Rocky Point town. Shade in the morning and afternoon was ideal for patio time. Everything was very clean and you can tell the owner is meticulous. (Every cabinet and drawer in the kitchen even had items laid out perfectly, not just randomly stored.) We stayed with our 4 kids and felt like we had so much room. I love this 2BR layout too, better than other layouts at a phase 2. Chris was also very kind, prompt, and helpful as the owner in all of his responses. Very available too for requests/questions. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. What a blessing it was!

In 2016 we were able to accomplish this dream. My grandfather was born in Mexico and maybe thats my initial love for this great country. in 2012 we started doing service project in Rocky Point, Puerto Penasco, Mexico and building homes for less fortunate families. This made our love even stronger for the people here and we decided to buy a permanent home here.
