Located in the heart of Downtown Traverse City. This amazing condo is situated perfectly for an amazing vacation in Traverse City!

**Cleaned according to CDC guidelines and protocols so the condo will be extremely safe and sanitized****
- Parking is first come first serve behind the condo. If those spots are full The Old Town Parking Garage is located right next door which has free parking as well from 6pm-8am. https://parking.downtowntc.com/where-to-park/parking-garages/ See link on where the free parking is in the garage.

- 1Bedroom, 1 Full Bathroom, Full Kitchen, Sleeps 4 (pull queen leather out couch)
- Approximately a 1/2 mile to the beaches
- Across the street from the Old Town Play House. 2nd floor condo (3 flights of steps up) and not handicap accessible.
- A short walk to everything Downtown TC has to offer.

This property is great for a single person, a couple or a couple and family. Please plan on being respectful to our neighbors/friends in the neighboring units as some units are permanent residences.

The condo was well situated with restaurants and shops easily within walking distance. There was even a nice 4 mile trail around Boardman Lake basically right down the street. The rental was clean and the bed was comfortable. Lots of outdoor activities and wineries in the area. We would highly recommend this property to others.

Code for door opener did not always work. It was difficult to see the numbers. Rug in kitchen area was lifted up on one side and we quite often tripped on it. We thought the condo was only one flight of stairs and it turned out to be three flights. We also got a citation for parking wrong, which we did not. We had the appropriate handicap sticker and the red tag on the dash. We were always concerned that we would not get a parking spot every time we came back.

A couple of things on this review. First we appreciate you staying at the condo. - In regards to the handicap spot our association did give them a citation (it’s simply a warning, not a ticket or fee of any kind) . They didn’t see any form of handicap license plate or hang tag. I reached out to the guest to get their plate # so we could guarantee that they were not towed. I worked with our association and towing company to make sure they did not tow which they didn’t, I also gave them a pass as back up in case the one handicap spot was taken. The guest had a spot every time they parked, -It is clearly stated that it is 3 floors up without an elevator. -I am not sure which keypad. The external one is lit up well by outdoor lights and our condo door inside is very lit up. (I never heard from the guest so we could assist) - There is a large kitchen rug. I am in the condo on almost every turnover and I have never seen a “lift”’on one side or I would make sure it’s fixed or removed. Also please reach out to my husband or I before you book if you have questions, during the stay and I am sure we would have been able to fix almost all of these immediately like I did with the parking situation so you were not ticketed or towed.
