Very well equipped house with good size private pool

The owners welcomed me at the house and showed me around. Very friendly and service minded people. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, good a/c, good wifi, nice pool and a big garden with lemon and olive trees. There is a bbq. Great views and very private in a quiet area. The house was very clean. In a few minutes by car you can reach the beach and downtown Calpe. Calpe has everything, many supermarkets and restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches. I highly recommend this property.

Lovely little property in a quiet location

This house is modest in size but has a decent amount of space around it and a very nice pool. There's a choice of outdoor terraces to eat meals and it is easy to find shade from the hot Calpe sun! The air-con and fans worked well and in July we needed both! The owners are very relaxed and easy to deal with. There was no internet at the property (quite a good feature when you think about it) but in the end we paid a small sum to our mobile phone provider for a bit of extra data when we needed it, which was fine. This is a quiet property that worked well for our young family. We would stay here again.

Location correspond à l annonce. Propriétaire très accueillant et à l écoute. Belle piscine, maison prévue pour 2 adultes avec 2 enfants, car salle de bain un peu petite et la literie de la 2ème chambre est à revoir, par contre, la chambre grand lit, literie au top. Maison au calme à part les aboiements des chiens le soir et la nuit un peu gênants. cchambre

La casa está ubicada en una zona apartada del bullicio a unos diez minutos en coche de las playas de Calpe y a un cuarto de hora de las calas de Benissa. Tuvimos un incidente con la ducha de la piscina y la pusieron nueva. Todo bien

War ne wucht,

das haus hatte alles was man für zwei wochen urlaub braucht. Etwas abgelegen aber dafür sehr ruhig und erholsam. Wegbeschreibung vom vermitter sollte man unbedingt befolgen. Ansonsten eine sehr schöne Gegen, man sollte aber gut zu fuss sein. Würde es auf jedenfalls weiterempfehlen. Vermitter sind die reinste wucht, sehr nett und entgegenkommen.

La piscina está muy bien para estar con niños porque no cubre mucho y tiene escalones, la casa estaba limpia, el único pero es que el wifi iba excesivamente lento.

Schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt und konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Das Haus ist sauber und hat einen schönen Pool. Jeder der Wohnräume ist klimatisiert. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und sauber. Da es nur ein Bad gibt, ist das Haus aus meiner Sicht besser für ein Paar mit zwei Kindern als für 2 Paare geeignet. Wie bereits erwähnt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Lugar inmejorable

Tanto el sitio, zona tranquila, como que solo a esta a un par de kilómetros de la playa, la casa es ideal para vacaciones de relax. Unos pequeños arreglos necesita pero la casa es perfecta para descansar y disfrutar.

Magnifique semaine à Calpe

Nous avons avons une semaine très reposante à calpe. Nous avons profité de la grande piscine, idéal enfants et adultes. Les jardins,les terrasses sont super! Avec de très belles vues! La maison est propre et la piscine bien entretenue. Séjour à refaire! Merci aux propriétaires !

Très agréable séjour

Propriété située au calme entre mer et montagne. Possibilité de balades dans les environs et plusieurs plages de tailles différentes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine et le jardin. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui résident non loin de là. Ils se sont montrés très arrangeants dans le contexte incertain de la pandémie. Nous les remercions à nouveau.

Leuk vakantieverblijf in een rustige buurt, met mooi uitzicht

We hebben een fijne week gehad en hebben vooral genoten van de ruimte om het huis. Heerlijk om sinaasappelen en citroenen uit eigen tuin te kunnen plukken. Fijn dat de verhuurders ons ophaalden in Calpe, omdat de plek met de navigatie niet goed te vinden is. Jammer dat de incheck vooral in het Frans moest worden gedaan. Keukenspullen waren in ruime mate aanwezig; qua inrichting misten wij in de woonkamer wel een goede (staande) leeslamp.

Fijne woning. Minder geschikt in de winterperiode. Vochtigheidsgraad is in deze omgeving zeer hoog wat van invloed is op de woning. Wat kleine ongemakken die voortreffelijk met ons door de eigenaar zijn opgelost. Een heel groot voordeel in deze tijd van het jaar : "elke dag een verse sinaasappel van de boom in de tuin, heerlijk"

Très agréable séjour

La maison est tout à fait conforme à la description. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au calme. Les différentes terrasses de la maison permettent de s’abrIter du soleil en fonction des heures de la journée. Très belle vue sur les montagnes et le coucher de soleil. Il ne manque rien dans cette maison.

Calme et dépaysant

Si vous cherchez le calme, c’est la villa dans l’endroit idéal. Agréable petit bungalow, où il ne manque rien. Les terrasses autour de la maison vous permettre de profiter d’une magnifique vue sur la montagne, la piscine, ou les vergers à chaque moment de la journée. La piscine est tout à fait suffisante à en oublier, la plage qui est à 3,8 km ainsi que le centre ville. Nous avons passés trois semaines formidables et reposantes.

Very pleasant villa in tranquil area.

Our family of four stayed for 12 days in May/June 2018. We met the owners on arrival, they were very welcoming and provided all necessary information. Our two kids immediately hit the well looked after pool which is perfect for a young familiar with suitable depths for us all. The villa was well equipped and made for a hassle free stay. It is close enough to the centre of Calpe but a car is required for ease of access to shops and beaches etc. Overall this is a great villa for the price range and our family would recommend it to others. The owners kept us posted with all relevant information in advance of our stay.

Not Suitable for winter, very cold and wet inside. Very disappointing,

The property rained in through the roof, seriousley wetting two of the beds and made puddles in other places in the villa The kitchen window rained in wetting the worktop and floor There was no adequate heating therefor we were cold all the time and most unconvertible. the storage was inadequate for our clothing. There was no Wifi in the property when we arrived and no English TV This property is most definitely NOT suitable for winter conditions There was a drive for your car but access was very tight making it easier to park in the street. The owner was cooperative and friendly
