Our property - ''Just Bluffing'' - is a great cottage with a fantastic unobstructed view of Wellfleet Harbor and Cape Cod Bay. Watch the boats come and go. Stroll the quiet sandy beach. Take a fifteen-minute walk along the beach over Uncle Tim's Bridge into downtown Wellfleet for the morning paper and a cup of coffee. Enjoy any of Wellfleet’s four beautiful ocean beaches, just 2 miles away! Bring along your kayak and paddle around in our beautiful protected harbor. Main floor: informal dining for 6, living room with Flat Screen, well-equipped kitchen, 2 colorfully decorated bedrooms 1 with bunk beds and the other with a full size bed. The first floor has a full bath with beadboard walls. Second floor: A new master suite with a queen bed and a full bath overlooking the Bay and Harbor; master bedroom has a private deck with 200+ degree vistas. “Just Bluffing” has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and sleeps 6 people.

Linens and towels are not provided, but can be arranged.

Amazing water views especially from the master bedroom upstairs. This part of the cape has beautiful majestic blue water and sand dune filled beaches and terrific restaurants (visit the beach comber, 5 min away!) The house was comfortable and we were able to relax and enjoy cooking in and eating on the outdoor deck. The bayside beach behind the yard is quiet and easy to get to via a path beside the house.

Comfortable getaway with great views

This property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood that is an easy ride to Provincetown or Orleans. Beaches to visit in all directions, take your pick, or stay home and enjoy the private beach. Perfect for ocean kayaking as it is in the harbor and you can watch the boats come and go.

The perfect getaway spot for our family's long weekend getaway!

This cottage is directly overlooking the water on the bluffs overlooking Wellfleet Harbor. The views from the decks and lawn are gorgeous, and a few steps down the hill a small quiet & uncrowded beach is yours to enjoy. It was the perfect location for our family of five's getaway for a long weekend. The owner, Mike, was extremely attentive and helpful which made for a very pleasant stay.

Great location

We had a great stay at Just Bluffing. The proximity to other towns on the Cape was great, the view was fantastic, quick access to Wellfleet by car or a quick walk. The house was just as described and very charming. Beach access was easy, we used the chairs provided by the owner for our morning coffee on the beach. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had and a great host. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute Cottage!

The view from the bedroom is amazing, especially the sunsets! You can walk into the town of Wellfleet and to the harbor. Nice private beach. The owner is very responsive.

Good location with great views

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage! Quiet, clean, fully equipped, with direct access to small beach & water … owner was very attentive checking in with us to see how things were. Our dog loved the private beach area, the calm water plus trails nearby. Her first time for alll of it - her tail wagged nonstop. The sunsets really were stunning!

It's a functional beachy, pet friendly property right on Wellfleet bay harbor. Great views and opportunity to watch the ebb and flow of the tide. Tons of wildlife to watch for - seals, a minke whale, herons, buzzards, kingfishers, osprey for starters. Great walk along the beach path into town. Owner super responsive (use text).
