This house is ready for a good time!

This home is among our closest to Old Town Scottsdale. Like with all of our properties, we are close to all of the fun while being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that allows for rest and relaxation when it’s needed.

The backyard is exactly what people are looking for when they think “Scottsdale.” Your own putting green, blue skies, and a huge pool that can be heated year-round.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream. Plus, with two covered patios and an outdoor grill – it’s like having your own resort. Bring on the good times!

This home is big – with the ability to comfortably sleep 15 guests across 5 bedrooms. You’ll have plenty of room to spread out with dual living rooms. And, it’s been recently remodeled with all of the beautiful on-trend finishes to level up your experience.

When it’s time to get your competitive edge on, you can jump on the nostalgic arcade or make a tournament out of the putting green in the back.

We provide everything you need to enjoy a home away from home. We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.

I would say property overall is average. Pool and backyard are small and less cute than the pics. Location is also pretty meh. Check in time was a bit confusing as my flight was delayed but she said it was strict check in time so had my co workers rush to do it. It’s just a lockbox. House overall feels small and dark. Very limited amenities including small barely usable blow dryers. Owner tried to convince me to pay a hefty fee to heat the pool which we declined, thankfully, because it was 90 degrees and pool was more than warm. After checkout owner sent request for five star review then proceeded to charge me an absolutely abhorrent amount for a little makeup on two towels with no forewarning. She said this is what her cleaning people charge her to clean towels. In that case, I have had my whole house cleaned for this amount and she might want to consider a new cleaning crew. I am happy to buy her two nice new towels for a fraction of what she is charging. She accused me of blackmail when I would not give her a five star review. I could argue the same for extortion. Clearly just looking for ways to make an extra dime on every rental. I have disputed with Vrbo.

This was a great location for our Bachelorette party. The cleaning crew was still there during our checkin time, but we had no other issues

Perfect Home For Bachelorette Or Family Getaway

The listing is just as it shows… lots of extra amenities that are not mentioned… Great neighborhood and location. Lots of room and great backyard. We paid extra for the pool to be heated. The weather was still a little chilly to swim.

Spring Training

Second year at property for Giants Spring Training! )35 years coming to Scottsdale. Great house, great pool, close to Giants ballpark, great host! We had a wonderful time! Hope to be back next year!!
