Cottage on the Crozon peninsula

Large gîte of over 150 m², located on the Crozon peninsula. Completely refurbished in 2017.

Breton stone house combining the charm of the old and the comfort of the modern, comprising:

On the ground floor: a large living room, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom, toilet and a utility room with washing machine.

On the first floor: two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet.

On the second floor: two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet.

Outside, you can enjoy a terrace and a private garden.
We provide you with a garden furniture and a barbecue.

Ideally located in a small village in the town of Lanvéoc, between the bay of Douarnenez, the Iroise Sea and the harbor of Brest.
10 min from shops.
1 km from the sea and a national forest, many walks are possible on the trails that border the house.

La location est donnée pour 8 adultes. Vous avez 6 couchages avec une très bonne literie. Par contre, les lits simples en 90 ne sont pas du tout adaptés pour des couchages d'adultes. Ils conviennent à des enfants uniquement. Par ailleurs, location spacieuse et agréable.

WK sur la presqu'ile de CROZON

Séjour super sympa sur la presqu'ile de Crozon, et en grande partie grâce à ce gite. Bien situé pour rayonner en voiture, ce gite est idéalement équipé, très bien agencé pour 8 personnes (intérieur et extérieur), et l'hôte réserve vraiment un très bon accueil. On le recommande vivement pour une découverte de cette partie de la Bretagne qui réserve des endroits magnifiques à découvrir.

Stilvoll renoviertes großzügiges Haus in ruhiger Lage - sehr zu empfehlen -- fortement recommandé

Dieses großzügige, stilvoll renovierte Haus mit einer sehr guten Ausstattung und großem Garten lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist herrlich ruhig und von dort kann die Halbinsel Crozon hervorragend entdeckt werden. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen vor Ort und genossen die gut ausgestattete Küche, den großen Wohn- und Essraum mit langer Tafel. Die Schlafzimmer sind ebenfalls liebevoll gestaltet und alles war bestens hergerichtet. Auf jeder Etage ist eine Toilette mit Waschbecken und in Erdgeschoss und 1 Etage mit zusätzlich mit einer Dusche. Alle Räume sind hell und freundlich, in bestem Zustand und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und wurden herzlich von der sehr freundlichen Vermieterin empfangen. Bei Fragen war sie jederzeit ansprechbar und sah freundlich darüber hinweg, dass wir leider kein Französisch sprechen können. Wir können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen und danken unserer Vermieterin sehr für die schönen Tage in ihrem Haus! Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Tout était très bien. Martine est très sympathique ! La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée. La grande terrasse permet de manger dehors et de profiter du soleil. Beaucoup de belles randonnées et de beaux sites à découvrir aux environs. Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tout voir, nous reviendrons chez Martine avec grand plaisir !

Gite très agréable

Situé dans un hameau charmant, magnifique vue sur la campagne. On a bien apprécié ce gîte car il est propre et grand et pratique pour visiter les alentours. L'hôte nous a donné des conseils de balades, ce qui fût agréable.

La propriété était vraiment très agréable : tout le nécessaire pour l'extérieur : barbecue, parasol, bains de soleil, salon de jardin. Une situation à la campagne, isolée des grands axes pour une tranquilité assurée. La maison est très bien équipée. Seul bémol : l'isolation entre les étages. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Martine. Une bien belle maison pour des vacances au top ! À recommander
