Pretty house of 1930 typical of the Bassin d'Arcachon in peace, close to the beach of Betey and entirely air-conditioned.
Completely renovated and equipped for maximum comfort. Come and rest and recharge your batteries.
Possibility to accommodate 5 couples (2 rooms with beds of 160 (including a parental suite), 2 rooms with beds 2 X 80 which can be reconciled to make two beds of 160 and 1 room with bed of 140). New and quality bedding.
The house has 1 bathroom WC (parental side), 1 bathroom WC (side rooms and a shower and WC (entry side).
Living room, kitchen and dining room (table for 8 people and possibility of 2 extensions).
Outside:
A large sunny terrace with a table and chairs to rest and sunbathe by the pool.
Possibility to enter 3 cars. Near the city center, the pedestrian street and animations, you will enjoy all on foot or by bicycle without having to take out your car.
Close to all amenities (Bakery, Supermarket, Biocoop, Tobacco and Press, Bike Rental, Pharmacy), come to drop your suitcases and enjoy a stay by the sea.
