Such a wonderful on the beach moderate sized house, a favorite year after year because of the coveted location on Ariola Drive. This vacation rental right on Pensacola Beach, is a charming 4BR/3BA house with many recent renovations, to include the following: new exterior paint, new stairwell, new beach front deck, new interior paint, new interior decor, and various other upgrades.

This house has a great floor plan with a cathedral great room which is wide open and looking directly at the Gulf of Mexico. The bedroom layout is fantastic as well, with 4BRs, 3 bedrooms with king beds, one bedroom with two queen beds, living room queen sleeper sofa and a twin sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep 13. Two of the bedrooms with king beds are Gulf front bedrooms!

Pensacola family vacation

Positives-great location to beach, tons of beach supplies available on the property for guest use. Negatives-several spots on living room ceiling that looked like water damage; a pretty big mold spot outside master bedroom shower; I would recommend updating an outdoor shower. The small hose and shower head was only good for washing feet on the patio deck.

Great location and property

We go to Pensacola Beach every year. Really enjoyed the layout of the house with all rooms on the same level. The A/C had a hard time keeping up but the customer support was great! Responded quickly and after normal business hours. New unit approved and installed within 48 hours as a Sunday was involved. I would recommend new mattresses for the property for the 3 rooms with king beds. They all were uneven or sank in the middle. But overall positive experience
