Fantastic views from inside and out. Loved the open plan from kitchen to dining to living area. Extra fridge in the garage and no carpet in the living area were plusses. Enjoyed a rainy day at the Naval Aviation Museum and always a trip to Joe Patti's. First rental we’ve found that we are repeating next year.

It has shower and water hose in lower level so you can clean your self before entering to house. big huge windows facing gulf provide great view from inside house, and screen porch helps if it is raining...Only negative thing is little bit of stale smell that left in our clothes after we left and came home, although we could not smell it that much while there.

The views beat any other rental that we have occupied over the last 35 years vacationing in Pensacola Beach. Our stay this year was marred only by the condition of the bunk bed room. The room stays significantly warmer than the rest of the house, the full-size mattress is warped, and the left bunk is not structurally sound. Our guests ended up sleeping on the floor.

Interior doors that wouldn't latch others that would get stuck and tap the Littles. Also the floor is very unlevel, only one sliding door functions and overall the house is antiquated.....I guess nothing out of the ordinary for the age or was built, just figured they would take care of the smaller easy fixes. On another note location is great, lot size and house size are great as well.

However, the house was very much not clean. There was black thick dust and mold around almost all of the vents, the dishes were not clean, and there were dead bugs on the floor in some of the rooms. The dishwasher had dirty dishes in it when we arrived, and some of the pans we used from under the stove had food on them. I have pictures and videos of all of these things. The location of the property was perfect. The condition not so much.

The home has a large deck (we called it The Lido Deck) overlooking the Gulf that became the gathering place for all our guests. Cannot recommend this home enough for large groups seeking to get together on the Emerald Coast.
