There is a new bedroom set, king bed and carpeting. The complex has a swimming pool and assigned parking for one car.
Recreation field, playground, tennis & basketball courts just across the street. Steps to beach or bay and lots of good restaurants. A nice rental destination. This is a middle level or 2nd floor unit and faces the pool/recreational field. All Merrimack Units are Smoke free both inside the unit and anywhere on the premises.
