This comfortable 4 bedroom 2 bath classic upside/down home enjoys a great location. It is situated in the south end of the island just a short walk from beautiful 68th Street beach and provides spacious living areas on both floors. Four bedrooms, two full baths, central air and off street parking. The awning covers over the full deck, including the area adjacent to the master bedroom. A built-in garage provides ample space for storing all of your beach equipment, King sheets provided. 42" flat screen TV. One bedroom on 1st floor that has 2 single beds. 1st Floor TV room has the queen size sofa bed. Top floor has the 3 bedrooms: 1 King bed, 1 Double bed, 2 single beds.

Our family time was precious!

The property was ideal for our group. three generations were nicely spread out providing personal space and family gatherings. We cooked, played, and ate together. Two den areas with tv's allowed adult and child times. All 10 of us had a wonderful time and a memorable vacation.
