Classic Avalon upside-down style house with a ocean view just 4 houses from the beach. The house sleeps up to 10 guests and features 5 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a large pool in the private backyard. The first floor has 3 bedrooms: Master #1 with a queen bed, bedroom #2 with 2 twin beds and bedroom #3 with 2 twin beds. The second master bedroom, with a queen bed and private deck, and bedroom #5, which sleeps three in a single and a bunk bed, are located on the second floor. There are two large bathrooms, one on each floor, and an outdoor shower. A modern kitchen with peninsula/bar, dining area, and cozy living room with TV / DVD player are located on the second floor. Step directly onto the spacious wrap-around second floor deck and enjoy spectacular ocean views. Walk a few steps to the beach and boardwalk or relax in the shaded back yard by one of the largest pools in Avalon. There is also plenty of space to enjoy a poolside barbecue.
