Welcome to Ocean Inn unit number 205, located on the second-floor end unit of building number one. We offer a complete kitchen, a full bathroom, one bedroom and a pull out sofa bed both with new mattresses. The comfortable and newly decorated condo will meet all your home away from home needs as your vacation destination. Our condo unit sleeps up to 4 people with a new queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size pull out sofa bed with new memory foam mattress in the living room. The property is dog friendly with a $35 per pet fee. The condo has a gated pool and free onsite parking. Located on the Isle of Palms, SC near the heart of the Front Beach. A short 2 block walk to the beach on paved sidewalks to a boardwalk that puts you right on the beach for fun in the sun or a 1/2 block walk to the restaurants, bars and shopping available on the Front Beach. Enjoy family dining at Luke and Ollies, Coconut Joe's to name a few or enjoy ice cream at Ben and Jerry's. If the nightlife is more interesting enjoy a rooftop bar, a laid back island bar or the famous Windjammer with live music. The Isle of Palms has wonderful beaches for sunning, swimming, surfing or just enjoying a walk. Rentals are available at the marina for paddleboards, kayaks, jet skis, and boats, deep sea fishing or parasailing. If you are a golf enthusiast Wild Dunes resort on the Isle of Palms has two world class golf courses. Historic Charleston, a 15 minute drive, offers award winning restaurants, museums, aquarium, carriage tours and shopping. The Charleston area also has Patriots Point where you can tour the York Town air craft carrier, plantations, Fort Sumter, Fort Moultrie to mention just a few. This condo and owner are new to VRBO however this unit has been a successful rental since 2003 with multiple returning guests.

We had everyone we needed and it was a perfect location for traveling to our planes events as well as much-needed time at the beach. Larry was responsive to my questions and provided useful information about the area. We wood definitely stay again.
The host communicated on everything you need to know. If you have any questions you can text or call. The condo was spotless and in great condition, My daughter and I were there 4 nights and there was no noice. The beach and shops were within walking distance. I would give the accommodation's and location 5 stars. You won’t be sorry if you choose to stay.
Everything as advertised. About 3 minute walk to the beach. Water pressure was good in the shower. Sleep sofas vary in comfort but this one unfortunately was not very comfortable. That was my only complaint. Host was available but didn’t really need him. Parking was easy with provided parking pass.
This is our third stay with this host and it was excellent, as always. The location is just perfect with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. The accommodations always make us feel welcome and comfortable. We highly recommend stay here.
This was our fourth stay in this gem. It's not fancy but it is comfortable for us. Mostly, though, it's all about the location. A short walk to the beach makes it so easy to relax and enjoy doing nothing. I'll always suggest staying here.
Our host was timely with communication and check in was a breeze. Excellent, central location with convenient parking. Beach, restaurants, and Harris Teeter are nearby and easily walkable. Condo is comfortable (plenty of room for couple and small dog) with nice touches. Large modern bath with plenty of thick towels. Bed is comfortable and linens were exceptional for a vacation rental. Kitchen is clean and equipped with the basics for simple meal preps. The condo and grounds are pet friendly. Above all, the condo and grounds are well maintained and immaculately clean. We’re looking forward to a return trip.
This is a perfect place for a couple or a couple with a kid or two to visit. Clean nice place with large bed in master and queen pull out couch bed. It’s in a super safe area right across from police dept and pet friendly condo. It’s right across from the beach so you walk out cross the road and you’re on the beach. Walking distance to grocery store and a few restaurants. We will be back. Thank you
We wanted to stay near the beach while we visited the Charleston area and this place was perfect. Quiet, within walking distance of excellent restaurants and the beach. It was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay there again!
We had a great 4 nights in this condo visiting IOP for the first time. Super convenient location to the beach and an even quicker walk to some great breakfast and dinner spots. Had everything we needed and check in/out was easy peasy! Great communication with the host. We’d stay again!
Everything was in accordance to listing, can walk to restaurants-Windjammer-several rooftop bars. Two minute walk to beach access path, very quaint 2 building community. Host made it clear he was available if we needed anything. Good stay!
The location of this place is wonderful as you’re walking distance to plenty of restaurants and stores. We would certainty stay here again if we go to Isle of Palms.
So convenient to walking to the beach, area restaurants and shops. Management was easy to work with and we will be revisiting this cozy place.

I moved to the Isle of Palms in 1984 fell in love with island living and being on “Island Time”. I am an interior trim carpenter with my business based her on the Isle of Palms since 1988. I have used my carpentry talents to complete multiple renovations and improvements throughout the condo. My wife and I raised our children on the island and spending time with our grandchildren at the beach. I am an active member of the Isle of Palms exchange club which supports multiple children’s charities in the low country. My wife works at a local hospital and has been a member of the Island Turtle team helping the endangered Logger head turtles since 1999.

Location!! You can spend your entire vacation and never have to move your car. Walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, bars. Enjoy the nightlife with live music at several local bars. The new Harris Teeter grocery store is a 10 minute walk from the condo. IOP marina on 41st avenue has boat rentals, paddle boards, kayaks, jet skis, parasailing, charter fishing boats, boat tours and Morgan Creek Grill located on the waterway with stunning sunset views. Charleston is a 20 minute drive and offers historic homes, fine dining, shopping, museums, carriage tours, brewery tours and ghost tours. Mt Pleasant a 10 minute drive has Boone Hall plantation, Shem creek with seafood restaurants and shrimp boats and Patriots Point. There are historic forts to tour in the area along with numerous festivals, music venues, and special events throughout the year.
