On the CAP-FERRET peninsula, in Claouey, adorable house on two levels. It has been completely renovated with modern amenities. It is located in a very quiet area, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, the Port with its oyster merchants, nautical activities, shops and the market (every day in summer).
Ocean access by cycle paths: 8kms, 10 mins by car.
Sleeps 6 people.
Description:
- On the ground floor: Living room opening onto the garden, American kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, hob, fridge freezer), one bedroom (1 double bed), a shower room, a w. vs.
- Upstairs: two bedrooms (160 bed in one and two 90 beds in the other), a bathroom with w. vs.
A well-closed garden.
Cleaning at the end of the stay is optional (to be requested in advance).
The tourist tax for a 2-star furnished apartment is € 0.85 per night and per person over the age of 18. It is collected by ABRITEL for 0.72 cents and directly from the owner for 0.13 cents.

Great neighbourhood right at the baissin

We spent 12 lovely days in the house of Pierre, just a little strolll away from the great baissin beach. In fact, you only go out of the door and check on the tide just by looking. The other beauty is, that the market, the big supermarket and restaurants are all in walking distance. Right on the lefthand of the little beach you find a great creperie, where one can find also icecream, sandwiches and a decent beer. Regarding the house we appreciated the modern kitchen and barhrooms. Allthough we were a little disapointed with the furniture. The sofa was very old and had holes and the outstse plastic chairs were all cracked. That needs a little redoing. Pierre, his wife and theit daughter Magali were always a great and quick help and very pleasent hosts. Magali also speaks fluent english.

Très bonne adresse à Claouey

Excellent séjour d'une semaine fin Septembre à 5 personnes : maison très confortable et bien équipée, quartier très calme mais tout proche des commerces, de la plage et des restaurants/vendeurs de fruits de mer, pour un coût de location très raisonnable, avec en plus des propriétaires charmants.

Nous avons trouvé la location très propre et comportant de la vaisselle et une batterie de cuisine bien suffisantes. Deux douches très fonctionnelles aussi . Nos hôtes étaient de plus de très charmantes personnes . En conclusion, tout fut parfait !

Joli endroit, situation idéale

Nous nous sommes réjouis de découvrir Claouey, village avenant et agréable. Située dans un quartier calme est agréable, la maison est à 200 mètres du grand marché de Claouey, avec un Super-U juste un peu plus loin. Petits commerces pratiques; au bout de la rue la « plage » de Claouey (jolie, mais pas adaptée à la baignade, sauf pour les tous petits). Mais de très belles plages à quelques minutes en voiture. Literie et cuisine correcte. Il peut faire un peu chaud à l’étage (un ventilateur serait utile). Nous y avons passé un très bon moment.

Schönes funktional und modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger und zentraler Lage. PKW kann auf dem Grundstück geparkt werden. Sämtliche elektronische Geräte haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Terminabsprachen wurden pünktlich eingehalten und problemlose Ferienhausübergabe. Sehr nette Vermieter.

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous (enfants et parents) avons énormément apprécié notre séjour au Cap Ferret. Toutes les conditions étaient réunies pour un séjour réussi. La maison est idéalement située entre le bassin (à 200 mètres) et les commerces (sans oublier le loueur de vélos ou l'office de tourisme, et le marché !), tout en étant au calme. La location nous a donné entière satisfaction de par sa localisation mais aussi de par ses prestations : machine à laver, lave vaisselle, TV, deux salles de bains... Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et accueillants. Nous recommandons vivement ! Laëtitia P.
