DETAILS: A short walk from the aquamarine waters of the Gulf, nestled within the serene beauty of Rosemary Beach, you'll find this spectacular coastal getaway. Enter through the front door and discover a home that is all about natural light. Near floor-to-ceiling windows with transoms illuminate the entire first floor, including the chef's kitchen with its designer cabinets, premier stainless appliances, marble countertops, and island seating for four. The kitchen opens onto the dining area and living room, which features a flat-screen television, cherry hardwood floors, and an elegant and utterly unique gas-log fireplace.

Ascending the staircase to the second floor, you'll find the primary bedroom with balcony access overlooking the local neighborhood. The primary also has a king bed and private bathroom with a shower and tub. Just down the hall are two guest bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a shower/tub combo. The third guest bedroom is located on the third floor and offers two twin beds and two full beds with twin trundles and a shared bathroom with a shower only. The fourth guest bedroom is situated in the carriage house and offers a king bed and a private bath with a shower only.

Great house in a fun location at Rosemary. No major complaints, bedrooms were a little small but other than that a perfect house to use for families with young kids.

Words cannot describe how perfect this house was!! There was 16 of us staying in the main house and carriage house and it was still very spacious and roomy! The decor of the home is absolutely beautiful, the house is very very clean, and the location is walking distance to everything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Great Weekend!

A group of girlfriends came to spend the weekend together! We flew from all over. This house was perfect! We had an easy walk to the beach access across the street. There was plenty of room for all of us. It was in a great location. Super quiet street! We would stay here again!

We loved this house!

This was the perfect rental for our girls trip! We had 8 girls and there was plenty of space. The home is well appointed, very clean and modern, light and bright. We loved the pool and chefs kitchen! Close walk to the beach! The long table was perfect for meals and mahjong! We will be back!

Stunning home, fully equipped, centrally located! We had a glorious vacation with our adult children & grandchildren... everyone enjoyed the outdoor amenities... the pool, gas grill... the decor has a very calming effect so if you need to get away and relax this is the place for YOU!

So comfortable and gorgeous. All amenities were amazing and very short walk to beach and all dining and entertainment. We did have an issue with the washer. We reported it the day before we left and received a call back that it was fixed but when we went to use it, it still did not work.

Perfect in every way!

We absolutely loved the location! With 15 people and 7 of them being kids, it was so nice to be able to walk to food, shops, the candy store, the beach, etc. in 5 minutes or less. The house is beautiful and very clean. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. We also loved being close to open green space for football, etc. We would definitely stay here again and again. The only suggestion we have is to add a larger cutting board to the kitchen supplies and maybe some bar essentials like a shaker cup. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us! We hope to return!

Beautiful Home in Rosemary!

This house is perfect! We loved our stay. This location is so close to the beach, pools, and center of town. The only drawback was that Rosemary Beach uses key cards for entry to pools and beaches and it is mess! They do not work half the time. This was not a fault of the home, however, the property manager did their best to remedy the issue for us. Rosemary should change their system for amenity entrance. Thanks for having us!

Perfect house that is convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We initially had a problem with the private pool not being heated, but 360 Blue was very quick and professional on getting it fixed. We will definitely be back next year!

2020 Family Trip

We stayed in this beautiful house for a family vacation and gender reveal on the beach for my first grandbaby. We had an absolutely amazing time! We had 11 people total and had plenty of room! The house was breathtakingly beautiful and the owners did a great job stocking and decorating the house! We will definitely be renting this house every year for our family vacation!

143 West Water is without a doubt one of the most beautiful and well appointed properties we have stayed in on 30a and Rosemary Beach. We were recently there for a girls weekend but I would not hesitate to recommend it for a family or couples trip. It is a quick and easy walk to the beach as well as the nearby shops and restaurants in Rosemary and Seacrest. If you enjoy cooking you will not be disappointed in the well thought out kitchen amenities. We also enjoyed having access to the bikes included with the property as well as the relaxing pool, courtyard and grilling area. We are already looking forward to future visits to 142 West Water.

We had an amazing time! The house is beautiful and centrally located. We could ride bikes to the beach , restaurants and shopping. We have booked houses through 360 Blue for several years and have never been disappointed!
