1200 sq ft 2 BR 2 BA beach front condominium with a private 1500 sq ft roof terrace where you can relax and enjoy spectacular ocean, beach, island and sunset views. King size bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds in the second bedroom, flat screen tv's in both.Top of the line furniture and all amenities for your enjoyment. If you enjoy quiet walks on the beach, fine restaurants, or just a relaxing evening at home away from the crowded hotels then our condominium at Oceania Resort Residences is the perfect location for you.

Aruba offers almost perfect weather, beautiful beaches, and is rich in culture. For your entertainment great shopping, championship golf courses, several fine restaurants, casinos, bars, shows and too many daily excursions to list, all within a ten minute drive by car or bus which stops directly in front of Oceania Resort Residences.

You will have unlimited access to the tennis courts, fitness ctr, business ctr, and 24 hour security. Our unit is also equipped with washer/dryer for your convenience.

Housekeeping provided prior to arrival and at departure. Daily housekeeping available for additional cost of $60 per day.

Fantastic! If you’re looking for a great condo in eagle beach this is the one! Awesome rooftop patio with hot tub. Incredible ocean and sunset views. The condo is clean and well equipped with everything you need. Kitchen with all the cooking equipment.Beach chairs, ice chest, the beach is beautiful and right across the street. Pools are large and clean. Super happy we picked this condo!

We’ve been to Aruba multiple times and Michaels place was by far the best stay. The condo was well stocked with all the needs during your stay. Plenty of paper products, garbage bags etc. Had plenty of towels for showers and beach. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Condo was very clean. Pictures are exactly as the condo is. Eagle beach is right across the street. Close to everything

Place was amazing - as pictured, great view (beautiful sunsets) and in a great location on Eagle Beach. Condo had everything needed, including beach towels/chairs/cooler, even laundry detergent on hand. Host Michael was great to work with and check-in/check-out with Richi was smooth and easy. Oceania property is meticulously maintained and everyone there was super friendly. 10/10 - would recommend and love to go back!

Very happy with our stay. There were plenty of everything. Plenty dishwasher tablets, trash bags, cleaning supplies, towels, beach towels, and bedding. We had a great view. The place was very clean.

We could not have asked for better accommodations on our first visit to Aruba. The unit was very clean, had comfy beds, an amazing view and was equipped with everything we needed for a beach vacation (towels, sand toys, beach chairs, cooler etc). We had a great time and enjoyed everything about the condo.

The view was awesome couldn’t take ur eyes off it the hot tub was a every morning and night thing I loved it after a day at the beach the room was so beautiful view from living room and bedroom and then the roof top the host communicated before and during our stay can’t say enough great things about them dealt with Richie there explained everything then Mario came the last day to clean the rooftop and take care of the hot tub they were both awesome to deal with the room had everything u would need including toilet paper paper towels full washer and dryer with laundry soap agin can’t say enough great things about this place would highly recommend and also will return Ty for everything

Location of the property is excellent with a beautiful view of Eagle Beach and the ocean. The property manager was fantastic. The property is well kept and everyone was very nice. The kitchen could use a few more dishes to cook with and the rooftop terrace could use a grill and comfy furniture. We enjoyed our stay, and all in all, it was good.... Thanks so much!

We had a FANTASTIC time at Michael’s place at Eagle Beach! The condo and amenities were amazing and we appreciated being able to stay a ‘bonus’ week due to dynamics that were out of our hands. Michael and Richi were easily and pleasant to work and communicate with! We will definitely be returning to this fabulous gem at Oceania!

We saw several gorgeous rainbows from the rooftop!

Everything about this condo was perfect! From booking, checking in and out Michael was always quick to reply with any questions we had. Richi greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the condo. He was also gracious enough to give us a ride to Super Foods and then we took a taxi back. This condo is super clean and has a great view of Eagle Beach from your balcony and private rooftop terrace. Beach chairs, floats and coolers are provided which was a nice touch… though I brought floats. Another nice touch is that there are two ice machines on the property so no need to buy bags of ice for your cooler.There are several restaurants within walking distance. Me and my husband are in our early 60’s and walked to Palm Beach and Super Foods. We opted not to rent a car but the bus is very cheap if we decide not to walk the distance. This was our first time to Aruba and we are already planning on staying here again next year.Thank you Michael and Richi for making this trip so easy.
