Enjoy beautiful sunrise and mountain views each morning
Newer custom built home completed in 3/2017, sleeps 6 adults (3 couples), 2 full baths, three bedrooms, plus studio with twin/trundle pull out, laundry room with washer and dryer. All on one level. High ceilings with huge windows showing gorgeous mountain and water views. There is a large dock for your boats and/or jet ski (boat lift/covered area not available for guest use & please refer to TVA info for lake levels-owner has no control over TVA operations). Very large rooms: kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Master suite has a California size King bed, large walk in closet, bath with double sinks, separate toilet room, and a large walk in shower. There are two Queen bedrooms and a studio with a twin/ trundle bed. The hall bath is located near the two queen rooms and the studio room and has a single sink vanity, with toilet and tub/shower. There is an air hockey table in the living room and a 6 person Hot Tub on the patio. Enjoy the views from the large deck that opens to the living area and has steps down to the jacuzzi patio. Electric fireplace to keep you warm and cozy as well as an outside fire pit area. This is an amazing home for a wonderful family vacation. Only 5 min. to stores, Marina with boat and jet ski rentals (only open during the season), as well as Restaurants! Only 30 minutes to Pigeon Forge, 45 minutes to Gatlinburg!!

Actually lakefront!

So many properties advertise ‘ lakefront ‘ when actually they can only see a small cove . This property was great in that your boat can be safely in a cove with GREAT views of the main lake. Mountain View’s are fantastic. House was very clean and appliances and kitchenware looked like new.

Excellent view of Douglas Lake

It was very nice our stay. We rented boat for three days. Beautiful weather. Only thing it would be nice to have a map of lake but no one around on the lake sold them. Did not realize no trash pick up and on holiday city dump closed so had take trash with us because did not want wild animals getting into trash. The home equipped with everything you need. Highly recommend just remember each day get rid of trash at dump if a holiday weekend

Vacation Dreams...

There are not enough nice things to say about this amazing property. The home smells amazing! Very clean , beds were extremely comfy. Had a question about the dock lights and Paul called me and walked us thru how to operate. We came and fell in love with this beautiful serene lake. We trailered our pontoon down with us and used the dock. We all used the dock daily to swim from. Water was so clean and warm. 82-83 degrees all week long. Definitely have recommended and will continue to do so.

Lovely home

This house was lovely to stay in. The views were amazing, it’s in a quiet neighborhood and the interior of the house is nice. There were some things we didn’t love but these were things that we felt didn’t need “fixed” during our stay. There were tons of ants outside that liked to crawl on us- on the deck railing and on the patio/fire place area. However, we are in the mountains so we expected bugs and looking at previous reviews it looks like a bug person comes to spray quarterly. Not a huge issue. The path to the dock is quite steep and with the loose stones it can be a bit tricky (especially when carrying a 2 year old). Again, nothing that could be fixed by the property owners. The things stated above did not outweigh the pros of staying at this house , though. We did meet the owners -my dad said they were nice to talk to and the communication we did have with them was positive . This house worked nicely for the company that came with us and I would recommend this house to friends/family who may want to visit in the future! Thank you for sharing your home with us !

Tranquility

This lake house is the perfect place to get away from it all. It has the most spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains and sits right on the lake. The morning sunrises are peaceful. The sounds of nature add to the relaxation factor. The house itself was clean, had ample space and is tastefully decorated. It was nice to have deck, hot tub, air hockey, electric fire place (we had some chilly evenings) and excellent WiFi as well. While not in an area that is hopping with activity or entertainment, that can all be found within driving distance. Gatlinburg and the Nat'l Park entrance are about an hour drive, Knoxville about 1/2 hour, Pigeon Forge about 45 minutes and Asheville NC about 1 1/2 hours. There is a local grocery store which is about 5 miles from the house and it is very clean and well stocked. The little town of Dandridge has some interesting history. We did visit Angelo's at the Point for dinner and also ordered take out from Taste of Dandridge. We tried to eat at the Dandridge Pub but it was filled because of live music. Communication with the owners was excellent. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend.

Eagle’s View provided a comfortable environment for our vacation at beautiful Douglas Lake. The views were exceptional and the dock area was a great place to fish and access the water for swimming/floating. We brought our own kayak and enjoyed short excursions around the coves surrounding the property. We really appreciated the privacy of the property, which was in a wooded, rural neighborhood with only one close neighboring house which was unoccupied during our stay.The home was very clean on the inside and the kitchen was well stocked with dishware and utensils. The mattresses and living room and outdoor furniture were serviceable, but could use an upgrade. However, these weren’t major issues.Overall, a wonderful home to enjoy a relaxing lake vacation.

Spring break with the kids

Everything was very comfortable and felt like home! The views were amazing, whether it was looking out the back patio or sitting in the hot tub looking at a million stars. We would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Skokie’s Lake View

Wonderful property & great views of the lake & mountains. Would definitely stay again. Well equipped kitchen & all good appliances too. Just know that lake access is on a steep hill but so worth the effort. Lots of deer & hawks to see on the property! Easy ride to Food City grocery store that has a large selection of items & fun cafe. Thanks again for a fun stay!! Rich & Tom
