Douglas Lake is a TVA-regulated reservoir, and water levels fluctuate significantly throughout the year. While some of our homes have floating docks year-round, we cannot guarantee dock access between September and May. If dock availability is important to your stay, please reach out before booking to clarify current conditions. Closest free boat launch is at the Dandridge Bridge. Also you can use Shady Grove. This one is closest by water.
