This house is ideal for a family of 4 to 6 people. It is on one level and has a common central element: a heated indoor pool, a jacuzzi and a sauna.

The gite

Ideal holiday home for a couple, or a family (ideal for 2 adults and 4 children).

If you are interested in renting a house for 4 to 6 people in Brittany for your holidays, these fully equipped houses are composed as follows:

- Fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a 4-burner ceramic hob, a microwave, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a '' kettle, toaster, crockery and kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board,

- the kitchen is open to a pleasant and spacious living room open to the living room: equipped with a dining table and 6 chairs, a sofa, a 32-inch flat screen TV with integrated TNT , a coffee table. A very large bay window-shaped window illuminates the living room,

- 2 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom of 11 m² with a double bed in 160 * 200 and a bedroom of 11 m² with 4 bunk beds in 80 and 90 * 200. Each of these rooms has a closed cupboard,

These houses are heated with Thermodynamic heating (heat pumps).

A 20 m² terrace is located in front of the accommodation. You will find a garden furniture there as well as 2 deckchairs to relax.
The garden surrounds the terrace and the house and is 300 m².
The barbecue is private.
