Dining room table was interesting ( but heavy ) could do with some more cups / cutlery etc. Great view and we had BBQ on the deck which was fun ,,, some of the bunks were a little high for adults , but we managed OK. One bathroom upstairs for the amount of people was challenging , but overall a fun stay which suited our purpose very well ,,,,

We’re glad you enjoyed the view, the BBQ on the deck, and that our home suited your stay. For future guests, we’d like to clarify a couple of points mentioned. Our kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of cups, cutlery, and cookware — we’re sorry if items were not located easily during your visit. The dining table and chairs are handcrafted from solid logs, which makes them both unique and naturally heavier than standard furniture. The same applies to our custom log bunk beds, which are described and pictured in our listing. We understand one upstairs bathroom can be a challenge for larger groups, but the home’s layout is also detailed in the listing so guests can plan accordingly. We appreciate your feedback and are happy to hear your group had a fun stay overall.
This property was everything we were looking for. We always have our guys fishing weekend over the Presidents’ Day holiday. The fishing and weather was extremely tough this year, but our rental property more than made up for it. A beautiful home with plenty of space, beds, and amenities to make our stay comfortable and fun. The steam shower and hot tub were amazing and we all took advantage of the pool table each night. Great time and great property!!

Thank you for your review and we're glad you enjoyed your stay. We hope you think of us the next time you're in the Grand Lake area.
Great stay for my family from 4 states to meet for a reunion. Rooms are tight with bunk beds but we had a place for all 16 of us to sleep. Some renovations are needed but nothing that greatly impacted our stay. Well-stocked kitchen and we enjoyed the downstairs area with a pool table as well as large balcony area. Close to town, the lakes, and Rocky Mountain National Park. Thanks for letting us stay in your mountain home!
Place had everything we needed and was cozy, the only complaint our group had were the beds. Downstairs master had a pretty big pit in both sides which made it feel like we were sleeping in a hole....and upstairs beds especially in the loft were like sleeping on the floor.
Overall, everything worked out for our families. The bedding and bathroom arrangements were a little ackward. Upstairs there is one bathroom with 3 bedrooms and the twin bunk bed on the landing. So the kids sleeping there heard all the foot traffic to the bathroom for 8 people. The master bedroom and bathroom on the main level are really nice, but when anyone needs to use the bathroom they need either go upstairs, downstairs, or go through the master bedroom to use it. It was just a bit ackward. Kids loved the pool table in the basement and the hot tub. Location was great - easy to get to Grand Lake or Grandby. Lastly, upon arrival you could tell it had been cleaned, but not very well.

Thanks for the review and for staying with us. Everything you state is as seen in the pictures within the listing. If you could elaborate as to what wasn't cleaned very well, that would be helpful. As we have over 100+ 5 star reviews on another site.
Williams Wonderland was a Christmas dream come true for our family.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ My grown daughters felt it was like being in a Hallmark movie setting. The house is beautiful, wonderfully cared for and there was nothing we needed that was not there. The basement game area was perfect for the grandsons and our grown kids loved the hot tub. Chet was a gracious and beyond patient host for our first VRBO experience.
This place worked extremely well for our family vacation. Enough beds to sleep everyone and enough room to park all of our vehicles. It was especially nice that it is close enough to RMNP and other locations that we were able to quickly get to where we wanted to visit.
We are two families - 9 kids between the two. Loved the bedroom situation! Lots of beds. The house was clean and kid friendly. Great location: Near MRNP and Grand Lake.
We recommend a mirror be put in each bedroom upstairs. Since they all share a bathroom it’s easier for getting ready if they had a mirror in the bedrooms.
Overall a great place!
This is a great home for a family gathering. We had 15 in our group with kids aged 6-16. There was something for everyone. The owner was very responsive to a couple of our concerns. The WIFI was in and out all week so a working vacation might be difficult. We were there for all fun, though!!
We love Grand Lake!! The property was great and large enough for our family of 9. Everything you need and close to all excursions in and around Grand Lake. Great Time!!

Our family had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed all the amenities. Plenty of room for all of us. We actually saw two Moose across the road! We recommend highly. Chet is a great host and replies to all questions promptly.
Really enjoyed less crowded western side of RMNP. Hiking, wildlife, and lake activities. Nearby town of Grand Lake was small, but had restaurants and ice cream shops. We packed a lot of fun into a week.
Chet was very easy to communicate with, truly a kind person, and responded quickly to questions. We were celebrating birthdays and staying at the house was extra special for our family. There was a little bit of confusion from the group who stayed in the house before us and Chet worked it out very quickly and effortlessly to make sure our stay was perfect. The home was big enough for our family to feel comfortable (8 adults and 3 kids). The kitchen was well equipped to be able to make meals for our entire family. The layout of the house was kind of hard for us to figure out from the pictures but when we got to the house it worked out great. Master bedroom on the main floor and then 3 bedrooms upstairs (1 with king bed, 1 with full size bunks, 1 with full size bunk & twin bunk, and then twin bunk in the hallway nook by the bathroom). The house is close to enough to see the lake and has nice views. We were able to walk around the house on the dirt roads in the evenings and it was safe. The deck was probably the best part of the house as we enjoyed hanging out there together and eating meals. One of our kids had a tiny accident in the house and Chet was very kind and understanding about it and we are very grateful for his patience and understanding. We would absolutely stay at the house again. Thanks so much Chet!
