We have stayed at many rentals over the years, bu this house wins the Best Ever Award. Everything was exactly as one would want it: clean, charming, well-equipped. Betsy was super accommodating with great communication. Our family LOVED it. and we are planning our next visit.
From the moment we walked into this beautiful home, we felt welcome. The house is comfortable and cozy. Elizabeth’s attention to detail and her hospitality is above and beyond. We were there to celebrate my daughter’s graduation from CU. There were 8 of us and we catered a lunch. The dining area is roomy and perfect for a celebratory meal. Elizabeth was very helpful and gave me great recommendations. The kitchen is well equipped and we easily cooked up a couple of meals. My only complaint, it rained the whole time we were there and we couldn’t enjoy the big, beautiful backyard. Next time :).
We´ve had a lot of great experiences - this one is the best
We’ve been fortunate to stay in many cool, fun, and comfortable places, but this one is easily the best. Every aspect of this home is thoughtfully designed, and the hosts truly deliver on every promise.. and more, they really go beyond. The location is unbeatable—whether you’re looking to explore nature, parks, restaurants, or easily access all of Boulder and the nearby mountains, this spot is perfect. You can drive, walk, or bike to everything you need.
The house itself is equipped with more comforts and entertainment options than you can imagine, from a wide variety of board games/toys and outdoor activities to a beautifully maintained backyard and a fully stocked kitchen. I could go on and on, but I’ll just end by saying that the hosts are top-notch, with excellent recommendations and always ready to help with anything you need. Highly recommend!
Couldn't have wished for a nicer place for our family gathering. This house perfectly accommodated our family group of three generations ( baby, kids, tweens, and adults) . The neighborhood was lovely and verdant. The location was pleasantly walkable- close to the creek trail and playground or Pearl st and the summer farmers market. Great launching point for serious hikes as well. The kitchen is well equipped with all the staples, and the kids appreciated the playdoh toy bin. :) the backyard is relaxing and there's a peekaboo view of the peaks to the south. The owners were quick to accommodate and answer questions. All the beds and bedding were comfy. I highly recommend this place.
Great updated older home. Its your home away from home! Pictures are accurate. Great back yard and views. Google map images are old; and the neighborhood is well kept and safe. Walking distance to Pearl St
Everything was perfect during our stay - the house is located in a sweet neighborhood with easy street parking and swingset in the back if you have small kids. The kitchen was lovely and well-stocked and we were able to cook meals and feel at home. The beds were comfortable as well. There is only AC upstairs - it was a little warm downstairs so we bought a cheap box fan at Target to use to circulate the air during the warm summer days (which then went to our son's dorm room at CU so it was a good purchase!) but at night it was fine. There is only one TV in the house, located in the downstairs den. The owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would highly reccommend this beautiful home!

Great location! Tasteful property!
This was a great central location to hiking trails, Pearl street and CU. A quiet, friendly neighborhood. The home is tastefully furnished and comfortable for a family. We had a few Scrabble games while there! Elizabeth is a great host, going above and beyond to work with us on specifics of our stay. We also appreciated the children’s ukuleles at the house as we are avid players!!
