A picturesque, charming town nestled in the splendor of Little Traverse Bay. This townhouse/condominium offers a charming place to enjoy the amenities of this delightful locale.

There are two beaches within walking distance, one of which is just around the corner and another which is attended by a lifeguard. There are excellent restaurants in town and in the surrounding area. You may wish to shop in the quaint boutiques or enjoy sailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the golfer, there are many courses within driving distance. For the boater, there are first class marinas.

This is a four season community with skiing at Nubs Nob and Boyne Highlands, both of which are within five miles. Spring brings additional beauty to Harbor Springs as the trees and flowers blossom. Fall brings a magnificent color show that is a delight for all. You can travel through the tunnel of trees from Harbor Springs to Cross Village and enjoy being covered by the beauty of nature.

This is a two-story townhouse. The second story has two large bedrooms each with its own full bath. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has a queen size and a full-size bed. The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor.

The first floor features a half bath, a well-equipped kitchen, and an eating area that looks out onto a deck which has a large evergreen tree that provides privacy.

This was a comfortably appointed, spacious townhome with a superior location. We loved that the condiments and left over beverages from previous guests are left instead of being thrown out - it keeps one from buying a huge jar of mayo and the like. The rooms were lovely with plenty of storage and linens. We also loved the little deck with table, chairs, and BBQ. This was a wonderful place to stay and helped us have a fantastic vacation in Harbor Springs.

A very comfortable place to stay and well equipped kitchen. Didn’t expect beautiful flowering baskets on deck. Seems they are on a drip system. Location is perfect despite the condos in back blocking the water view. Easy walk to beaches, parks and darling downtown. Love Harbor Springs.

The host was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately VRBO charged us way more than the listing amount and would not respond to us to correct. Fortunately our communications with the host were very good. Would highly recommend renting this property from him but not through VRBO.

A town from a storybook

Harbor Springs was like a town from a storybook. It was picturesque and very friendly. This was our first trip to northern Michigan, and this property was an excellent location for us to be tourists. It was convenient to the beach and everything in Harbor Springs, as well as the day trips that we made to Mackinac Island, Sault Ste. Marie, Charlevoix, and exploring the Tunnel of Trees. Richard was very easy to work with and the property was well stocked with anything that you might need. I highly recommend staying here.

We enjoyed our vacation in Harbor Springs! The condo was in a good location to explore much of the northern lower peninsula of Michigan. Our teen sons liked having two large beds (full and queen) in the second bedroom and we all enjoyed a well-stocked and functional kitchen.

This condo was impeccably clean amd decorated beautifully. Plenty of room. Truly enjoyed the patio for coffee each morning. Great location for walks along the water and to downtown. Cannot recommend more highly! Cannot wait to return.

Great stay during the summer! Excellent location and proximity to many local locations. Just a few hundred feet to the beach and less than a five minute walk to downtown Harbor Springs. A short bike or car ride to Petoskey state park or Petoskey. The house was great! Very clean and in great condition. Quick neighborhood. Excellent owner with clear and rapid communication. No issues during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Just back to NE Texas after two lovely weeks in Harbor Springs. The condo was just what we expected - great beds, kitchen well equipped, nice patio area, and very convenient to all the sights in the area. We especially enjoyed the 8 - 10 minute walks into town or going East - just walking in front of lovely homes facing the harbor and seeing some of the "harbor springs" crisscrossing some of the front lawns. The owners were very pleasant to work with and very responsive to any questions. Hope to return there again soon.
