CHALET IN PICOU

In the heart of the Massif du Sancy and in the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park, this new chalet (built 2017, living space 100m²) on a large plot of land is situated in a hamlet at an altitude of 1000m, set back from the departmental road. It offers panoramic views.
3 km from La Tour d'Auvergne (all shops), 6 km from La Bourboule (supermarket).

Equipped very comfortably, it has:

-Large living room with open kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, raclette ...), TV
-Bedroom (2 twin lilies of 90)
-bathroom with large walk-in shower, sink, washing machine, toilet, hairdryer

-Large room with 160 bed, sitting area with sofa and TV, overlooking a balcony equipped with table and chairs

Insgesamt gutes „Karma“ des Ferienhauses, schönes Holzambiente durch Vollholzmöblierung. Schlafzimmer gut ausgestattet, z.B. durch bequeme Matratzen. Die Küche ist etwas sparsam bzw. „Low budget“-mäßig ausgestattet, bspw. keine hochwertige Pfanne oder fehlende Reinigungsmittel, Putzlappen etc.

Super Location pour des vacances nature

Nous avons passé une nuit dans le chalet. Il est au top, rien ne manque, près de la Stèle pour des balades. Les propriétaires sont des personnes dune immense gentillesse et bienveillance. Merci encore piur tout! Nous reviendrons Cest sûr.

Super site, les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et de bon conseil. La maison est très propre et très agréable, petit bémol sur les volets qui ne fermaient pas à cause du bois qui a travaillé depuis la pose. Vacances au top!
