Upstairs offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an open concept kitchen which is great for an entertainment, a living room and a laundry room with a fabulous Red Rock Views.
Downstairs consisted of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

-Master Bedroom#1: Brand New super comfortable king size mattress with ensuite high end remodeled bathroom.
-Bedroom #2: Two twin beds and hight end bathroom next to the bedroom.

Downstairs:

-Bedroom #4: Downstairs 550Sq 2nd Master bedroom ensuite bathroom with king size bed.

KITCHEN
Properties are fully equipped and stocked. We provide Reverse Osmosis water filtration so no need to buy bottled water, following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: essential coffee with brown sugar and milk. Cappuccino Machine, basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils ,cling wrap and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons ,baking tools.toaster, blender, and more. We also provide some basic spices including salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are guaranteed to be provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, etc.).

House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and laundry detergent.
Other Items:
Listing does include Washer & Dryer.
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Washer and dryer with detergents and fabric softener are provided as well. All the beddings and sheets are high quality.

You understand that Hot tub is at your own risk . You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from using hot tub and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from use of Spa. All VRBO Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between VRBO Guests and VRBO Host.

Guest access
The home is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the house through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

Spa is maintained once weekly.
