Très beau logement, très bien situé dans le village de Perros-Guirrec. Notre séjour était très agréable, avec à peine quelques mètres à marcher pour atteindre, le boulanger, le poissonnier, le marché ou encore les boutiques du centre et le port de plaisance. Le logement est très bien équipé et conforme à la présentation, propre et très agréable à vivre avec sa vue sur mer et sa literie de très bonne qualité, tout y est !

Le logement de Yann est de grande qualité, spacieux et fort bien équipé. Il est très bien situé entre le centre ville et le port de plaisance. L'accueil de Laurence a été parfait : à l'écoute, disponible et précis. Nous y avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Très bel endroit nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Laurence et Yann sont accueillants et à l écoute. Le seul bémol a été de ne pas pouvoir privatiser la piscine , mais au milieu du mois d août c est tout à fait compréhensible. Expérience à tenter c est un lieu incroyable !

Nous avons loué un des appartements 4 personnes (Les Costans). Cet appartement fait partie de la résidence comprenant 4 appartements. Résidence de standing, très bien équipé (piscine chauffée, spa, parking privé), propriétaires accueillants. Appartement neuf comprenant tout le confort attendu, voire plus. A savoir, les chambres donnent sur la rue qui peut être très passante par moment.

Accueil très sympathique des prioprietaires. Appartement très bien équipé , très bien entretenu et très agréable . Nous avons adoré la piscine et jaccuzi, les enfants également . Magnifique location

Séjour très agréable dans un endroit superbe, la location de Mr et Mme Kerleau est très jolie avec un équipement au top. La décoration soignée fait que l'on se sent vraiment bien. Le sourire de Mme Kerleau fait parti d'un accueil chaleureux. A ne pas rater si vous allez à Perros.

Schicke Wohnung, toller Pool, nette Extras

Wir hatten für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder eine 90 m2 Maisonette Wohnung und blieben 12 Tage. Die Wohnung ist sehr schick, teilweise edel eingerichtet. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist zwar klein, aber sehr modern und elegant. Sogar mit Beamer. Auch das Handy könnte man an die Stereoanlage anschließen und zur Lieblingsmusik schwimmen. Die Vermieterin Laurence ist überaus freundlich. Als sie mich am ersten Morgen mit einem Coffee to Go vom Bäcker kommen sah, hat sie sofort eine Nespresso Maschine gekauft. Sie kümmert sich intensiv um alles und achtet darauf, dass die kostbare Einrichtung keinen Schaden nimmt. Dafür werden zahlreiche Regeln aufgestellt. Wie auch immer, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Der Hit war - nicht nur für die Kinder- die Nintendo Wii.
