Breathtaking Oceanfront Condo

Downstairs master bedroom has A/C, kitchenette, and a private entrance

Our condo has a 2nd floor master bedroom and three ground floor bedrooms. The master bedroom downstairs has a king bed, the 2nd downstairs bedroom has queen bed and ocean views, the 3rd downstairs bedroom has two twin beds (one of which is a trundle bed).

A queen size sofa sleeper is located in the living room.

Kitchen Amenities include an Instant Pot, Vitamix Blender, rice cooker, griddle, ceramic coated pans, cast iron pan, hand mixer, mini-food processor, and all sorts of kitchen utensils and gadgets.

Compact washer/dryer in unit.

The front lanai, kitchen, dining room, and living room on the 2nd floor all look out at the Pacific Ocean. Two bedrooms and a lanai look out at the Pacific Ocean on the first floor.

The Cliffs Resort includes swimming pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball, two hot tubs, bicycle available for rent, and much more.

Main entrance to our condo is on the 2nd floor, which means one flight of stairs to climb to get to the front door.

The Cliffs resort is located in Princeville on the scenic north shore of Kauai where the tropical ambiance is at its best. Perched on a volcanic plateau 100 feet above the Pacific Ocean, the view from your private lanai/deck is spectacular! This area of Hawaii is famous due to movies such as Jurassic Park and South Pacific. It is perfect for those who enjoy lush green tropical setting, the best golfing, plenty of sandy beaches - many remote and private - waterfalls, and exquisite dining.

There are over 20 beaches within a 30 minute drive of the Cliffs - from secluded and romantic to lifeguarded and popular. Or you can snorkel, kayak, hike and frolic in waterfalls. 45 holes of championship golf await those who enjoy that sport. Or you can just relax at the Cliffs at the pool, in the jacuzzi, or over a barbecue. There is plenty of local dining in over two dozen restaurants ranging from simple to elegant.

Whether you are looking to relax and enjoy the views, golf at the top ranked Makai golf course, or go on spectacular hikes, the north shore of Kauai has it all!

Perfect for a family

Our family stayed here for a week with 2 small children. We found the kitchen very well stocked and there was everything you needed to go to the beach and pool. The grounds and facilities are very well taken care of and our place was comfortable. Highly recommend.

WOW!!!! The view is spectacular.

We were a group of friends celebrating birthdays and an anniversary. We feel in love with the house and the area. We spent breakfast on the patio watching for whales and dolphins. The house was perfect for us with the large 4 bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed. We will be back.

Fun Property with Great Views

The property is a four bedroom unit with fabulous views. The unit was appointed nicely. It was apparent that alot of personality went into this unit with the wall murals. The owners were very accommodating and responded to any inquiries promptly.

Just beautiful & relaxing. One of the most gorgeous views from a condo on the island. Very clean. Quiet & comfortable atmosphere. Pools & hot tubs were great. Everything you would need for the beach is there. Heavenly.

We had a great time! View is spectacular. The condo is perfectly appointed with and everything you could need. I was a bit surprised by how small the kitchen and living areas were for how many the unit sleeps. But it was still comfy for our party of 8.

Lovely place

We had an amazing time in this lovely condo. It had the perfect amount of space for all 3 couples. We ate every meal on the deck and enjoyed the morning views of whales and the various birds. Only downside is most of the activities are in the south side 45 mins to a hour drive. But if you just plan on hitting the beaches and relaxing this place is definitely it. Enjoy!

Great accommodations with a million dollar view

Our family stayed here ( 6 adults 1 child 1 infant) and this condo was perfect. The crib, highchair and baby gate were great to have here already. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with all the pots and pans. We really enjoyed espresso machine.. Lovely pools and grounds and friendly staff. Albert was super accommodating. I am going to miss that view! We had a great vacation here! We would stay here again!

Wonderful property!!!

Our family, my husband and I with our three adult children and their partners, stayed at this fabulous unit in Princeville. Very accurate description of the unit, such a well stocked kitchen and beach gear. Everything you need for an island vacation in Kauai! The espresso machine got a good workout every morning, either before or after the morning walks, runs or sleep-ins! Great amenities, beautiful views with sightings of dolphins, whales and rainbows every day! Would highly recommend this rental - Mahalo!

The Cliffs - Jan.2024

Excellent property, awesome owner and management. Very clean, well-supplied, and exactly as depicted/advertised. It’s a bit older property, but some nice upgrades have been made. The kitchen and dining area is small, and w/8 adults it was somewhat cozy. But it’s Kauai; in our 8 days there we were rarely hanging out at the unit. Overall, we were pleased!

The view is breathtaking and the location is great for those who love Princeville.

The unit was very well-located with a beautiful view. Unit was well-stocked with condiments/spices which was a nice surprise. We traveled with 4 young adults (20-28). My only suggestion would be for the third bedroom to have more comfortable beds ie mattresses. They would be fine for you g children but not so much for my 20 and 23 year old daughters.

Perfect for our family!!

I can't say enough about how wonderful it was! We had plenty of space for me/husband, kids (8 & 12) and my parents. Everyone slept very comfortably. The view from the condo is incredible! We loved the pool. The condo has tons of beach and pool toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc which we made use of. Everyone at the reception was super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, everything we wanted to do was an easy drive. Albert was INCREDIBLE...I emailed him numerous times with questions about things to do, logistics, etc and he was so kind and helpful and provided so much information. Thank you so much for such a wonderful vacation!!! I highly recommend this property and host!!!

The property was very good with beautiful ocean views and a great location. The property is listed as having air conditioning but it only has air conditioning in one out of 4 bedrooms. There is no air conditioning in any other rooms. This seems misleading and it was warmer and more humid inside than I expected and I am used to.

Great stay for our family

Very happy with the property and location. Loved seeing whales and enjoying the wonderful views. The A/C in the master is pretty loud if you are a light sleeper. We did have some ants in the kitchen and the owner was very quick to respond when we informed them.

great stay for six adults

Had a great stay! The size and layout was perfect for six adults. Loved the views and watching sunsets from the lanai or out on the vast lawn. We also enjoyed using the property's pool, tennis court, and bike rentals.Air conditioning throughout would have been nice. I suggest using ear plugs in order to sleep with the doors open and block out the noise from roosters who began crowing way before sunrise. Putting the portable fan near the window also helped to mask the noise.

Best Cliff View of the Pacific

Our family of 7 had an incredible stay at this stunning VRBO! The cliffside location offers breathtaking views of the Pacific, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the scenery. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were responsive and ensured our stay was seamless. Family vacation

The property was beautiful and the unit was clean and everything was in working order: the beds were comfortable me and the kitchen was the best stocked with utensil and cookware that I have seen in all the rentals I have had. Check in and out was easy. Parking was a bit of a challenge. You couldn’t beat the view and if someone wants to stay in the princeville area I would recommend this unit.

We had a lovely stay at this property. It could use a deep clean due to its age, but we loved the receptionist desk, lime trees, hot tubs, and astounding ocean view. I would recommend this property.

Beautiful spot

This was an excellent condo with amazing views. We were extremely comfortable and our family (children and grandchildren) were very happy. Wine and chocolates as a welcome gift and coffee beans for the very cool coffee maker. We hope to return some day!

Exceptional all the way

We spent 10 days in Princeville and loved every minute. As described the condo views are breathtaking. We spent hours on the patio over looking the ocean and yes, we did see whales!The communication from Albert and Anita was great. All the details clearly explained well in advance. Check in and check out were so easy! The resort was great with lots to do and we tried it all. Hot tubs, swimming, putting green, shuffleboard and tennis. If we weren’t off to one of the many gorgeous beaches in the island we had lots to keep us busy.The condo was well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The thoughtful closet full of beach chairs and equipment was much appreciated. Everything was so clean and there was plenty of room for all six of us. We just loved this beautiful place.We would absolutely stay here again and hope to soon.

Dreamy vacation stay

We had the most incredible stay. The Oceanview is unlike any other. It's not everyday that you can whale watch while eating breakfast on the patio.The condo itself had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, & it perfectly accommodated our group of 5 adults 3 kids. We so appreciate all of the beach equipment available for use. It made our stay fun and memorable.The location was fabulous, the on site amenities were great, and the sunset views were unmatched. Albert was wonderful to communicate with. Very kind, understanding, and prompt to respond.CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS CONDO ENOUGH.

We love to travel, and love the north shore of Kauai. We purchased our first oceanfront condo at The Cliffs in 2017, and had such a positive experience sharing this property that we decided to buy this 4BR condo so we could bring larger groups to Princeville, one of our favorite places in the world.

We love The Cliffs resort - the people who run the resort are fantastic, and are constantly looking for ways to improve it. This unit provides us spectacular views that are so important to us, and gives us extra space compared to one or two bedroom units.
