Tropical Paradise

This was our second time staying in this property and we can't wait to return again! The location and views are idyllic! The property has EVERYTHING you might need! Cooking utensils, cookware, spices, plenty of dishes and flatware, towels, paper products, you name it.

Kaua'i Paradise

Truly amazing Princeville property with gorgeous sunrise views. Plenty of supplies and space to make your stay enjoyable. Host has excellent communication and we appreciate them sharing their place with us. It was very easy to unwind and relax, we are looking forward to staying here again.

Let me start by sharing I travel a lot. I share that because as a frequent traveler I have high expectations. I also spend a lot of time selecting a property. Bill’s place is a HOME RUN! First, before we even arrived Bill’s communication was fantastic. He helped orient us to the property and area with numerous handouts and tips. I loved his directions to find the unit which made it easier since we arrived after dark. The space is fantastic! From the moment you walk in you can exhale. You picked the right place. The open kitchen and living room opens to a lanai with a gorgeous view. Every morning we woke up early to enjoy the views with our coffee.The place was incredibly clean and very well stocked. We were able to cook multiple times which helped save on food so we could do more around the island. When we did go to do things around the island the chairs and cart in the condo were perfect for making the beach trip easy. Again I could go into more detail on each piece but the thing I think I should share is that 4 nights wasn’t enough. We will return for more nights in the future.

Amazing property

Great view of the ocean from balcony. Condo was clean and well maintained. Well stocked kitchen. Host was communicative and provided info that was very helpful for newcomers to Kaua'i. Highly recommended.

Wonderful condo

Everything was truly fantastic. Loads of kitchen supplies. All sorts of beach equipment, enough for a big family. Spacious condo. Comfortable beds. We loved it here.

The Perfect Place

We are a family of four and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was just as advertised and the owner was available to answer our questions. Even the the cleaning crew were friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this spot and would absolutely rent it again. Clean, roomy, and excellent location. Five stars.

Kauai family vacation

Extraordinary experience all around! Pictures truly do not do this place justice. It’s actually even a little roomier than I think photos portray. We had three boys 15-21. The owners were very helpful and the place had everything you could need. We will definitely return!

Best Condo in Princeville!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning oceanfront condo in Princeville. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean right from our lanai. The sound of the waves gently crashing against the shore was the perfect soundtrack to our relaxing vacation. The condo itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, offering all the comforts of home with a touch of Hawaiian elegance. The spacious living area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring, and the fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals when we felt like dining in. We especially loved having our morning coffee on the lanai, watching the sunrise over the water. The location couldn't have been better. We were close to amazing beaches and trails. In addition to the secret beach just a few minutes hike from the condo, we really enjoyed the beaches nearby at Hanalei, Anini, and Tunnels. Bill was incredibly hospitable and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Staying at this oceanfront condo was truly a slice of paradise. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, tranquil escape in one of the most beautiful places on Earth. We can't wait to return!

First Class on All Fronts

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The place is amazing. So much room to spread out. A huge great room, dining and kitchen area. High ceilings and windows everywhere. Absolutely full of light and so well appointed. The furniture is high end and impeccably maintained. Flat screens through out with an Apple TV with access to entertainment in all rooms. The kitchen is completely dialed with everything you would need to cook and entertain. Just like you are at home. Washer and dryer is right in the unit but hidden in the giant entry bathroom. The furniture is high end. The owners clearly have pride of ownership and they had the coolest Murphy bed that looks like a cabinet for extra sleeping space. The best part is the lanai because it overlooks the ocean with 300 degree view of the ocean and coastline. I pretty much lived out there on the new patio furniture enjoying coffee and the view. Similar view from the master bedroom. Owners also had beach equipment, snorkel gear, etc. All really nice stuff. There is nothing to want for with this place. It's completely high end and turnkey. We will be coming back!!!!!

Concur with all positive feedback. Beautiful views we could admire for days without leaving. We really enjoyed hiking down to little beach though you do want to time with high tide to enjoy the water. And the North Shore really is the best for native beauty and adventures. We will be back. :)

Amazing Property

Everything about the property was amazing, and as advertised or better. Views are spectacular, space was great for our family, kitchen well stocked for meals at home, and plenty of snorkel equipment for our whole family of 6. Appreciated the recommendations, especially the instructions for accessing the magical beach within walking distance of the property. Hope we can return someday again!

Great Escape

As somebody who has stayed in many condos in the Princeville area, this by far is our favorite. We look forward to returning. The condo was clean, had an incredible view from the lanai, and communication with the owner was great.

Wonderful stay

We just wrapped up our stay at Edge of Cliff. What an amazing location and property. The views from the back deck were simply spectacular. We could see miles of the Anini reef system - the water was so clear you could almost see the fish and turtles swimming. We spent countless hours just sitting and gazing at the view.The condo itself was very nicely appointed and spacious. We were very comfortable with lots of room to spread out. The kitchen had most everything needed to cook all meals. Bill was excellent to work with and we also met the caretakers who made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay.We did not want to leave to come out - but we'll be back!

This VRBO is absolutely amazing, nicest VRBO I have ever rented. Our family of 4 (2 college aged kids) stayed here for spring break and it exceeded our expectations. First of all, it really is even nicer than the photos. There are incredible views from the dining table, kitchen, living room and lanai. I loved sitting on the lanai drinking coffee, watching the sunrise, the birds, or the views. Second, the host is very helpful and provided us with recommendations of beaches, restaurants, and activities that all proved to be great. Third, the kitchen is well stocked so we could easily have breakfast and lunch here when we wanted to. Lots of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. Fourth, loved the location. It is so beautiful on the north shore and close to Hanalei which is adorable and has lots of good restaurants. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!
