Great stay in a beautiful property. Family of five (including three college/high school aged sons) was very comfortable and everyone loved the place. Lots of small touches (well stocked kitchen, games, beach supplies) in addition to the overall to the great location and views. Sitting on the lanai watching the ocean with a cup of coffee was a great way to start are day. If we make it back to Kauai, we're look to stay here again...

I give this place the 3 P's:Perfection Princeville Paradise I can't wait to get back. The mornings were glorious sitting out on the lanai watching the sunrise. You couldn't ask for a better location and the host was outstanding. If you want that Aloha Island Spirit, you must stay at this place. Mahalo !!!!!!!!!

This place is amazing and better than advertised! My wife and I come to Kauai annually; it's our happy place. We've stayed at several other VRBO rentals throughout the North Shore. The Ocean suite beats them all. It is massive and immaculately appointed. The owners provide a book of referrals for food, activities, and more. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook your own meals throughout the stay. Additionally, the owners provide masks, snorkels, fins, beach chairs, surfboards...everything you need for a great time. One of my favorite parts of this suite is the million-dollar views. We were so incredibly happy staying in the Ocean suite. We had a little trouble checking in, but the owner quickly took care of us and resolved everything perfectly. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you, Bill!!

As somebody who has stayed in many condos in the Princeville area, this by far is our favorite. We look forward to returning. The condo was clean, had an incredible view from the lanai, and communication with the owner was great.

Concur with all positive feedback. Beautiful views we could admire for days without leaving. We really enjoyed hiking down to little beach though you do want to time with high tide to enjoy the water. And the North Shore really is the best for native beauty and adventures. We will be back. :)
