Pier View Paradise is a one-level corner condo which means additional windows, lots of natural sunlight, and no stairs to climb.

KITCHEN AND DINING
Upon entering the condo you will find the beautifully remodeled kitchen with new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a newly added long bank of cabinets that provide additional storage and counter space to be used during your stay. This is a rare find in North Coast Village! The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the pots, pans, small appliances, and cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining room table seats 6 with additional seating for 2 at the counter.

LIVING AREA
A300-Pier View Paradise is furnished with a large comfy sectional for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The living room has a 55” digital Smart TV with 140 channels. Or you can log in to your Hulu or Netflix account and indulge in a binge of your favorite shows after a day in the waves.
Enjoy the gas fireplace on a cool or rainy day and for the ambiance it creates.

BATHROOM
Both bathrooms are en-suite with a large walk-in shower in the guest bath and a shower/tub combination in the master bath.

SLEEPING
A300 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom features a comfortable California King size bed and a desk for easy remote working. The guest bedroom features a full and twin bed and includes a large walk-in closet. This is another rarity in North Coast Village. The master bedroom has a large closet with sliding doors. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and flat-screen mounted Smart TVs. The guest bedroom has a Blu-Ray DVD player. For additional sleeping arrangements for everyone, there is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

EXTRAS
This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building where there is an elevator available to take you to the 3rd floor.
A high chair is provided in the unit for the younger guests.
There are three tower fans for the warm summer nights as well as the ceiling fans.
Hi-speed internet is provided free of charge.
A300 is fully equipped with beach equipment for a truly magical vacation: boogie boards(4), beach towels(6), beach umbrella(1), beach chairs(4), and sand toys.

North Coast Village offers an all-in-one location for an unforgettable vacation.

3rd times the charm

NCV is the perfect Southern Cal beach town stay. All the amenities you need are right there whether you want to just stay in the complex or hang at the beach. This was our 3rd trip to NCV and its always wonderful. Oceanside has a little of everything and the Thursday markets are great. On-the-Sand was a great host and very responsive to any communications.

Family vacation

Overall, it was a great condo. The checkin process may have been the fastest I've ever experienced, which is very helpful, with young children. Very convenient location. I would recommend updating the carpet, to vinyl or something similar, as the carpet appears to have some wear and tear. Our family enjoyed the trip and we highly recommend others stay here.

We enjoy this unit but a couple of things need attention. The light on the stove hood is burnt out. The non slip rug in the bathtub is very moldy underneath and the couch is uncomfortable due to sagging.

Great family friendly condo literally steps away from the beach

This was a great condo, a family of 5 we were very comfortable and had plenty of space. The condo was very clean and had just about everything we'd need. REALLY appreciated the beach toys and towels provided. You are literally steps away from the beach. I was hesitant about there being no AC but we actually were pretty comfortable without it. End of June and the day temps in the 70s and night temps in the 60s, gorgeous. Check in was easy and quick. My 6 year old really enjoyed the koi pond on property too. :) Would definitely book here again.

Great location

The apartment is very well located and confortable. The beach is so close, the complex feels like a tropical place. We enjoyed the big pool, walking on the beach and to the little wharf. We would go back to the apartment but not in the summer. The place got very stuffy without air conditioning and even with opening the windows and trying to pull fresh air from the outside with the fans, it was not very comfortable. Luckily, the bedrooms were cooler at night but with the open windows above the street, the noise coming from the fans and the cars passing by was disrupting our sleep. I bet going there in the spring or in the fall must be awesome. The place has everything you need and a nice view of the beach from the living room. Very enjoyable.

The condominium complex is great. The unit felt like home, great size and set-up for our family of 4. The unit was not very clean when we arrived, there was a food wrapper and crumbs on the floor in the kids room under the bed. And there was hair found on the sheets of all 3 beds. The carpet feels like it has a waxy substance on it, possibly cleaned too many times. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking meals which was great. We did have to fill in the gaps with toilet paper and paper towels. All in all, we would stay again but probably check out another unit. The WiFi was spotty so don’t plan to work or do anything that requires access while there.

Great location, but lots of frustrations

Our stay had both positives and frustrations. The condo was spacious, with a nice balcony and excellent proximity to the beach. The complex felt secure, and the pools were nice when we could locate them.However, several issues impacted our comfort. There was no A/C, and the condo’s location blocked ocean breezes. The provided fans were broken or filthy, making it hotter inside than outside. We also didn’t know the condo was on the main drag—keeping the windows open meant constant neighborhood noise from modified exhausts, booming radios, and motorcycles, especially on weekends.Check-in on Saturday was frustrating. Neither of the described parking lots were available, forcing my spouse to drive around while I checked in alone and then come back to pick me up.The complex layout was confusing. A simple map showing entry/exit points and which floors the pool, BBQ, rec room, and laundry were on would have helped. The laundry machines were difficult to operate and left clothes with an odd smell.Overall, we appreciated the space, balcony, and beach access, but the heat, noise, difficult check-in, and lack of clear information kept our stay from being as relaxing as we had hoped.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was just like home and cozy! Access to the beach was super close as were restaurants and little local shops. Everyone we encountered was incredibly friendly and the beach was amazing!! We would definitely stay here again!

Beach summer

We have been staying at NCV a couple of times each summer for the last 5 years with family making wonderful memories with our grandest kids. Love the condos..so conveniently located across the street from the beach. The grandest kids enjoy playing in the pool. Always a wonderful time!

Great get away location

Our unit was well equipped and clean. The building and the grounds were well maintained. The landscaping is exotic and very appealing, especially the Koi pond and waterfalls. Our granddaughter loved feeding the fish. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the area in general is charming beach/ 'surfer' community with lots of restaurants. There is lots to see just walking the area. You definitely need a car to access shopping and attractions. The only negative comment I would make is that our water was shut-off (with notice) twice during our 2 week stay and the laundry in the building was not available due to maintenance for an extended period of time. In spite of that I would recommend this location to friends.

My family and I loved our stay! The place was beautiful and the location was wonderful! There is only one thing that would have made this stay better - air conditioning. The lack of had us keeping our windows opened throughout the day and night which brought in noises from the street and nearby trains. Overall, a beautiful place and enjoyable stay!

The absolute perfect beach getaway!!

We had the best week in unit A300 at NorthCoast! We didn't want to leave!! The kitchen is beautifully updated and the large sectional and living room made it feel like home and so comfortable. The bedroom was perfect for our 3 kids by having a queen and twin size bed, and they even had their own bathroom and walk in closet! And they loved being able to fall asleep to the Tv at night. It was closer to the ocean then we even expected, so hearing the constant waves and soothing sounds of the ocean was heavenly. And we didn't know if we were even going to have a view of the ocean or not from the porch and turned out we had a glorious view, it was so nice sitting out on the balcony and just enjoying the ocean breeze. And access to the beach was easy! It was a short 3-5 minute walk, and they provided everything we needed and more (sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, and a wagon to carry it all down there). They even plenty stocked us with towels and beach towels. My ONLY complaint was the train and the road. It's right behind the unit and it came pretty frequently, and being that you have to have your windows open since there's no AC, it gets pretty loud and woke my kids in the night. But we bought a white sound machine and cranked that thing super loud and it seemed to help. But other than that, our stay was perfect and I'd absolutely go back! We were also really impressed with how the property management company really took care of us and checked on us several times. We had such a great stay and can't wait to go back!!
