Typical fisherman's house completely renovated in 2017.
Panoramic view of the sea and Port Tudy. Very large lot with wooded area.
A CH. Ground floor (1 double bed) with 1 bathroom.
3 bedrooms upstairs: 2 bedrooms. with 1 double bed each + 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed + 2 single beds.
3 toilets.
Living room, lunchroom.
Large terrace with sea view.
The nearest beach is 150 meters away, it is a very pleasant little cove.
The house is just above Port-Tudy, 800 meters from the village and its shops.

Sheets and towels can be rented on site from the cleaning lady.
It takes about 13 € per set of cloth & towel per week.
The tourist tax will also have to be paid before your arrival.

Très belle semaine malgré un temps pluvieux

Je ne suis pas objective car je suis amoureuse de Groix. Merci à Nadia pour son accueil chaleureux, merci à Séverine et Lionel. Je me sens très chanceuse d'avoir pu passer une semaine dans ce cadre magique.

Maison spectaculaire

Nous venons de passer un super séjour à Groix. La vue sur le port est hypnotique, l'emplacement est parfait pour se baigner ou aller boire un verre en terrasse et la maison est extrêmement comfortable et bien équipée. Nous reviendrons!

Superbe maison - très bon accueil

Nous avons passé une super semaine à 9 dans cette belle maison à la vue incroyable ! La plage en bas est superbe ! La maison a été joliment refaite récemment et est très bien équipée. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Magnifique maison

Très belle location, emplacement de choix avec une vue exceptionnelle. Quelques manques au niveau des ustensiles de cuisine mais rien de bien grave. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons cette location.

Super séjour sur l'île de Groix, temps magnifique et maison superbe. Nous étions 6 adultes et 4 enfants, nous ne nous sommes jamais marchés sur les pieds car la maison est très bien conçue et décorée avec goût. Idéalement placée car juste en haut de l'embarcadère et à 5 min du bourg et un accès à des petits criques magnifiques et sans compter la VUE panoramique sur le port et l'océan. Bref le top des week-end.

My parents still live in Groix the whole year.

We enjoy the house with the family and friends.

I am General Manager of a Freight Forwarding Company (Fracht France) and my family and I live in Picardy in France

Why they chose this property

Avel Mor is a family typical fishing house.
We have decided to renovate the house entirely in order to give it a new start and share this exceptional location by renting it

What makes this property unique

When we are at Avel Mor we beneficiate of the exceptional seaview, the big garden and the terrace. Our daughters spend a lot of time to the nearest beach which is less than 500 foot from the house (la côte d'Héno). We are enjoying long walks on the coastal path, we like to go fishing and put traps in the sea to catch crabs. The village is at less than 0,6 miles. We are just above Port Tudy (the arrival port)
