Gulf front condo on 1st floor of Sundunes building. Complex has a pool. Approximately 2 miles from stop sign on Gulf Blvd.

NOTE: NO TRAILERS OR PULL BEHINDS ALLOWED. VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED AT OWNERS EXPENSE. NO REFUNDS ON THE RESERVATION IF YOU VIOLATE THIS RULE!!!

Clean and cozy

Condo was an outdated however it was clean and cozy. The location to the beach was just a short walk, not crowded and absolutely gorgeous. Would stay again.

We have been in this condo “Sand Dunes” before, and absolutely love Navarre! It’s quiet and peaceful! Jan was easy to communicate with and made things really simple! The view was beautiful from the condos porch and even other guests staying there in other condos in the same building were respectful and polite! Would definitely recommend and come back!

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the views from the patio. The close beach access made beach days especially easy and we enjoyed great weather. Overall was a great stay.

Great Stay

My wife and I had a great time; it was awesome waking up to the ocean view. Great place to walk each morning as well as short walk to the beach. The condo was very clean and met all our needs. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

The condo was a bit cramped, the counter tops are prefect toddler head height (just ask my 3 year old) aside from that, it was clean, and comfortable, just as expected.

Fun little trip

We had a great stay at the Sun Dunes condo! The beach was beautiful and just steps away from the unit. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We loved sitting on the balcony and we really did see dolphins!! It was quiet, peaceful, and perfect for a family getaway. Would definitely stay here again!

Great little place

We enjoyed our stay. It was quite cold so we spent much of our time inside relaxing. The owner has great communication and is prompt to reply. The view was gorgeous as well... Our family would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous gulf views

The property was as described and right on the beach. I loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise. The property was clean and comfortable. And, the host was very responsive to messages. Would definitely stay here again. I also wanted to mention that the host did prepare a welcome binder that had local restaurants and other helpful information that was very appreciated.

Clean and close to the beach!

We love Navarre and love going just to the beach when we first arrived we weren’t sure because the place is rather small. It’s a snug fit for two couples or a couple of kids, but by the end of the week we couldn’t have been happier the place is clean and very comfortable, Steps to the beach there’s an elevator for convenience. People were so friendly. I would definitely stay here again!!

Sun Dunes 113

Nice clean condo. Building is older but nicely kept. Beach was very nice at this location. The only issue that we had was problems with tv/cable very hard to figure out how to tune into the carrier and only a few of the hundreds of channels worked. Was able to stream our direct tv from phone easily. Would definitely recommend.
