Hodnett Cooper presents this newly renovated two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 224 features complimentary in-room high speed internet service and a good ocean view across the courtyard.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, Bunk Beds (Full on Bottom, Twin on Top), 1 Sleeper Sofa

Great location but outdated

The place has great proximity to the beach and has a great pool. However, the unit is very outdated. The bed are not comfy at all with flat, old pillows and sheets. I’d recommend the owners give the unit a little more TLC to make it more enjoyable.

Excellent location but Condo very dated, needs fresh paint.

I was disappointed w/ the dirty fingerprints on the walls/doors/near light switches. A coat of fresh paint would make all the difference. The kitchen could have been better equipped with potholders, salt/pepper, etc. The gate from the beach was not functioning (despite multiple phone calls to management) requiring us to climb over the fence several times. Location was excellent. Pool seemed fine.

This unit is clean and user friendly. There are lots of cheap tacky tourist shop knick knacks sitting around the unit everywhere .. but we hid those so we wouldn’t have to look at them. The kitchen has updated cabinets, Appliances appear new and work great. This is an old school beach condo situation... It’s clean and has what you need if you’re not looking for luxury. Our five year old thought the tall wooden dolphins by the tub were amazing. Our tween & teen loved access to two hot tubs.. little something for everyone!!
