Hodnett Cooper is pleased to offer this beautiful one-bedroom, one-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness room and business center. All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 434 features decorator furnishings, complimentary in-room high speed internet service, and a slight ocean view from the balcony.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Great place to stay

The rental was very clean and check in/out were super easy. Very convenient walk to the pool or beach and close to lots of shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!

Rejuvenated

The house and beach was the perfect way for us to be rejuvenated! We relaxed by the pool and took several walks on the beach. Enjoyed sitting at the beach after dinner. Had a lot of fantastic meals!

Anniversary trip

My wife and I really enjoyed the room and resort. Great location to the beach, very close to town and really great restaurants. Parking was a little tough at times. However, not a big issue. We will definitely be back.

Great Escape

Great location and amenities on the property. The internet connection was a bit unreliable and make sure to bring your own hairdryer. The on-site property manager was very helpful, but we did leave a message for Hodnett that was not returned. But, overall a much needed long weekend and a great location to do that.

My getaway

I’ve rented this unit many times in the past. It is convenient, quiet and comfortable. This stay was just as nice this visit and the upgrade to a NEW shower door/shower head was a good surprise. Bed is always comfy. The couch pullout could use a new mattress but I made do with current one. Kitchen could be stocked a little bit more with pots/pans but I brought stuff I needed. Overall, good time.

Great Location

It was a nice stay. We had to contact the property manger. The first person I spoke to was rude and I wish I had gotten her name: she seemed bothered when I called bc the unit only had two sets of towels for four guests. The gentleman that returned my call was very helpful and solved our problem immediately!

Unit was clean but “tired.” It seriously needs to be updated throughout. Bed was very comfortable, other furnishings not so much. The Beach Club location is excellent and we were satisfied with the amenities.

Front office personnel not available

Good stay except I noticed no one was at front desk (light offf/door l locked ) several days. One day I could not access my condo b/c key pad was not working properly. I did not have my ohone (was inside condo) so could not call the # front office left on their front door. I had to inconvenience another guest to use their phone to call maintenance. Beach Club should have a landline somewhere on property in instances like this. There was no one on site. Scary feeling @4:00om on a Friday.

Great Getaway on the Beach

We spent four days getting away from the city by coming to the beautiful St Simon beach. Our rental for just the two of us was perfect location, easy parking, right amount of space and convenient to beach and a very nice swimming pool. Wish we could have stayed longer. But we will go back again!

The elevator in our building worked intermittently. Needs to be fixed. And somethings needs to be done about the hot tubs. They were both disgusting! Not just one day but every day! Otherwise it is a great location, beautiful condo. It was clean and every thing worked as it should.
