This two-bedroom apartment is in on the 4th floor with lift.



The vast living room features just about everything, generous sitting, dining and working areas. Receptions, meetings, cocktails, there is potential for all.



The bedrooms , very large, are overlooking the old harbour, and equipped with twin single beds which can be transformed into a double.



The first ensuite bathroom has a bathtub, a shower and a toilet.



The second one with shower is independent.



For your comfort, you have at your disposal a guest toilet.



The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dining area.



It is a truly exceptional property, you will appreciate the volume, the decoration sophisticated and the proximity from the Palais.
