Oceanfront Condominium with Great Amenities

This two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located at the St. Simons Beach Club - the largest oceanfront condominium community on the Island.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness, and business center. All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 308 offers a beautiful ocean view across the North Breakers swimming pool.

We had a great stay at the beach club. Nice view of the beach, beds were comfortable and the unit was clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Easy check in and check out.

Nice unit on the beach

Property is as advertised. Comfortable beds. Good internet and cable. Well stocked kitchen. Lovely pool and hot tub although weather was unusually cold while we were there. Distant and angled view of beach from balcony. Nice beach for walking. Several good restaurants nearby. Only negative is parking garage where spaces are very narrow and difficult to get into.

Condo was spacious with all the amenities we were looking for

Nice two bedroom condo with convenient access to a quiet beach. Well equipped kitchen, but coffee grounds were left in coffee maker from previous renters. I loved the beachy cottage decor; however the foot board in the master bedroom Is angular and sticks out several inches; after hitting them several times, we covered the corners with blankets to protect our shins.

Great Stay as Always

We've stayed at the Beach Club quite a few times, and everything was great as always. The only things I think should be attended to for future vacationers are: the shower head in in the master shower (it had black mildew/mold on it); i couldn't find a broom to sweep before we left; and ice maker was very slow making ice. So ice trays would be nice or just let renters know buy/bring ice. The screen on the sliding door was torn. Small things that can be easily remedied and didn't take away from our vacation. We love the Beach Club!

Just to provide some specific feedback on the unit itself. Iron leaks water Master bedroom toilet need new flapper Found coffee filter and grounds in the garbage disposal Dishes were dirty We definitely enjoyed our stay, but thought this feedback might be helpful.

Peaceful Stay

Location of property was convenient and easy to find. Amenities of property were good. My husband likes to exercise so he said the in house gym had great exercise equipment. Our 2 bedroom was very nice and clean. Comfortable beds and couches. Kitchen was small but had everything. We cooked most of our breakfasts and many of our dinners in our unit. The beach is huge. The water was too cold to get in but it was a very spacious beach and very clean. The pool area was nice and had plenty of umbrellas. We would have liked gas grills instead of the charcoal grills but it worked out ok. Many wonderful restaurants close by and enjoyed the historical memorials. Barbara Jeans and Half Shells were good places to eat. The Shrimp Excursion was outstanding.

Overall Great Stay

Overall, this is a great place to rent! Pool was nice, great location on the beach…convenient to shopping and restaurants. The A/C wasn’t working when we arrived, but was flushed and fixed within an hour. There was mold in both showers, which would be easy to resolve…only minor. Kitchen well-stocked. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Thanks for letting us stay! We had a great time!

Clean and as advertised, Had a problem with coffee maker, manager had one to replace it same morning. Only negative the stopper in tub in hall bath will not hold water. Enjoyed the condo and pool. Would defined come back again!

Amazing beach condo

We loved our stay at this condo. Plenty of room for two couples. Everything was very clean and the furnishings are tasteful and modern. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds and pillows were very comfortable....I slept better here than at home! We will definitely stay here again!
