Walk across the street to the Coconut Plantation Marketplace to shop at any of the boutiques or pick up groceries. Walk 50 steps in a slightly different direction to award winning Hukilau Lanai for dinner, cocktails and live music or Spa Makaiwa for a massage or facial.

Enter the front door and you’ll immediately be drawn to the beautiful upgrades the owner has graciously offered. The kitchen is compact, but offers everything you need to create a simple snack or a lavish meal. A lanai space off each room offers an extension of the master bedroom or living room for that morning cup of coffee or afternoon cocktail. Great Stay on the East Side
The condo was an excellent home base for our stay on Kauai. We were able to explore both the north and south shores easily from the location. Situated right next to the marketplace and a longs drug was so convenient for when we needed to pick something up quick whether it be sunscreen or a meal. The room is exactly as pictured. We had no complaints. Overall would highly recommend and stay again.

Really liked this place
We really liked this place. It was clean, and we really appreciated the snacks that were left for us. The bed...omg. Probably the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Just amazing. The perfect combo of firm and soft. I like soft and my boyfriend likes firm. We both thought it was so comfy. The shower floor was kind of uncomfortable. They used stones to line it. While I thought it was aesthetically pleasing, stepping wrong on one of the stones was kind of painful. Other than that, this place was basically perfect.

There were hiking trails, Safeway, Starbucks, restaurants and ABC stores where you could grab quick meals and groceries all in close proximity. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Lovely place and a wonderful host
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was in the perfect location, midway between the North and South beaches, it allowed us to experience both. The furniture was comfortable, especially the bed and the AC helped to keep things cool at night. And the condo was clearly well maintained and thoroughly cleaned. Our host provided us all of the information we needed up front and even had a little gift basket with treats on the kitchen counter to greet us. The closet outside of the kitchen has some beach gear including boogie boards, beach chairs, and a cooler among other things. A Long's Drugs is within walking distance as is a shopping center with restaurants, a grocery store, and souvenir shops. Would stay here again!

Convenient and clean
This place was perfect for us first time visitors to Kauai. It was just myself and my husband and the space was just right. It was clean and management provided just the right amount of amenities. Martie Law was quick to answer any questions. The place was across the street from the marketplace and it was so convenient. We rented bikes and we could get around town no problem. There was also a beautiful bike/walk/run trail along the beach which was amazing. We drove to the north side and south side and we loved being fairly close to each. We stayed mostly on the east side as there was a lot to do and see. We had a blast. Thank you for making our 25th anniversary memorable and fun.
