Churchill Downs is an easy 30 minute drive. Valhalla Golf Club is approximately 7 miles from the house. Rental has the potential to include transportation to and from locations for an additional negotiable fee.

Super property

Great stay. Lots of bedrooms and a huge nice finished basement to watch the horse races, play cards, shoot pool etc. The hot tub and pool are nice. We used hot tub but it was too cool to swim. Response time from host was excellent. Nice touches were left for us for our Kentucky derby stay. Would definitely use again for Derby weekend!

Great secluded place, great hosts

The property was very nice, well kept, very clean. Lots of room for everybody. The host was very responsive and they went above and beyond to help us out. The property is a bit outside the city, so we had a little trouble ordering pizza, but that's bad on Bearno's. Had some trouble for whatever reason getting enough Ubers, so the host graciously went out of their way to help us get there! That was amazing and super nice! Property felt secluded and away from neighbors. Loved it and recommend to anybody.
