The space

Newly renovated six bedroom, four and one half bath home located in sought-after Cliff location just off of Cliff Road. Very thoughtful in details and design, this house flows with three floors of living space. Furnishing update 2019 by Nantucket Looms.

First Floor:
Open concept living room and dining room including a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with breakfast bar and high-end, stainless appliances. Access via mudroom or dining area to outdoor patio and private yard. Powder room. First floor Queen bedroom with ensuite marble bathroom. Front porch with rocking chairs.

Second Floor:
Spacious King master suite with ensuite master marble bath featuring a soaking tub, double vanity, rain shower and separate toilet room. Two additional bedrooms (King, 2 doubles) sharing a double vanity bathroom with separate toilet room.

Third Floor:
Open floor bedroom with two queen beds.

Lower Level:
Finished basement with radiant heat, central air and 9 ½ foot ceilings. Large “movie room”-style TV with full surround sound in a spacious family room, king bedroom, full marble bathroom and laundry room with two washers and two dryers.

Backyard:
Brand new 12 by 24 foot heated pool, together with an outdoor kitchen, gas fire pit, outdoor speakers and seating area. Perfect for entertaining and relaxation. Please note: the pool is heated and open from Memorial Day to Columbus Day only.

Great experience

Enjoyed the stay and the house was perfect. Highly recommend this property. Nice pool with an automatic cover for safety. The house was clean and well prepared for guests. Excellent communication with the owner. Convenient location that is walkable to town, near many paths / trails for running, and has parking.

High School Reunion

Spectacular! House was amazing and Damian was the perfect host! He was easy to communicate and house had everything! Kitchen was outfitted for all our meals and everyone had comfortable beds to lay our heads at night! Outdoor space was lovely...privacy hedging provided a cozy space and plenty of room for 9 of us to do yoga in the mornings. The location was perfect....close to town so one could bike or walk and easy access to main streets so we could head to other parts of the island Highly recommend and can't wait to get back!!
