Un très bon séjour sous le soleil d'Espagne !! Maison très sympa, bien aménagée & pratique. Terrasse très grande et piscine au top!! Le petit plus, une super cuisine extérieure très appréciable ! Un sejour reposant!! Je recommande!!!

Très belle location,l emplacement est idéal nous avons pu graviter dans un rayon de 50kms, la piscine est un super plus surtout quand il fait chaud,c est souvent le cas,bref à retenir et si vous voulez vous faire un petit resto allez dans les petites ruelles de roses il y a des pépites.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus für eine kleine Familie

Ein kleines Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Strasse mit grossem Grundstück. Die Einrichtung gefiel uns sehr gut. Helle freundliche Möbel und alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub braucht. Was uns sehr gut gefiehl sind die Schutzbezüge die noch zusätzlich für die Matrazen und Kissen verwendet werden! Der Grill funktioniert auch wunderbar und ist leicht zu reinigen. Dass einzige was fehlte war das WLAN obwohl wir auch gut ohne zurecht gekommen sind (ist vielleicht für Jugendliche interessant) Sehr nette Vermieter!

Nous avons passé 2 semaines superbes et c est avec un pincement au cœur que nous avons quitté cette jolie petite villa. Équipements au top, quartier très calme et reposant, la piscine est superbe et la vue de la petite terrasse couverte est superbe. Accueil au top.Merci Michel de nous avoir permis de passer de belles vacances en famille nos 3 enfants sont ravis. Nous reviendrons très certainement.😀😎

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison très agréable. Tout était très propre à notre arrivée, la maison est très joliment meublée et est extrêmement bien équipée (vaisselle, rangements, équipement de la cuisine...). L'extérieur est un véritable havre de paix, protégé de tout regard extérieur. Là aussi, rien ne manque : la piscine (extrêmement propre), le barbecue, un coin très agréable pour prendre ses repas, et un gros coup de coeur pour la terrasse abritée où se trouve un canapé très confortable sur lequel nous avons passé de nombreuses heures. La villa est proche de toutes les commodités et à quelques minutes en voiture du centre de Rosas. Le quartier est très calme, ce que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Rosas est une petite ville charmante et encore calme à cette période de l'année (séjour dernière semaine de juin). La plage est immense et très propre. Un grand merci au propriétaire, Michel, pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances et espérons pouvoir revenir l'année prochaine !

Superbes vacances en famille

Séjour très sympa dans maison joliment décorée. Rien ne manque. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine et de l’extérieur avec une arrière-saison très ensoleillée. Vacances dépaysantes entre le calme du quartier et le « tout pour faire la fête » en ville. Avons fait de belles balades en vélo et randonnées dans les environs, découvert de nombreuses plages et criques. Sommes enchantés de la location et de la Costa Brava ! N’avons eu le temps de tout découvrir, pensons revenir en septembre 18.

Séjour très agréable

La maison correspond au descriptif et est parfaitement adaptée pour 5 (un couple avec 3 enfants comme nous). Nous l’avons trouvée très bien située (plein sud) entre les champs d’oliviers et la mer, sur les hauteurs de Roses. Les commerces sont à proximité mais la voiture est nécessaire. Les enfants ont pu jouer en toute sécurité dans un endroit spacieux et clos. La piscine est très agréable. Très grande terrasse. La maison comporte tout le nécessaire pour passer de très bonnes vacances en famille. Nous gardons des très bons souvenirs de la résidence comme de Rosas. Espérons revenir l’année prochaine.
