About this property

This 2-bedroom unit at El Pueblo Condominiums has a lot of touches that make it eminently livable. Furnished comfortably, the unit has its own locking security gate, as well as gated parking. Tile floors, an entertainment center, Queen sized beds, washer and dryer make this unit stand out. 2 bedrooms, each with its own Queen-sized bed.

The main living area has a sofa and chairs, and a coffee table. There is a way mounted TV. Windows are covered with nice wooden shutters. The patio is warm and inviting, we own BBQ grill, and seating for 4 adults. This is a great spot to appreciate the trees and shrubs that set this development apart from the rest.

Large bedrooms, and arched, passthrough to the kitchen over a tiled countertop. The kitchen is equipped well and helps make this condo homey.
Great little sunny patio for BBQing, excellent quiet location for adults to enjoy. Just up the street from Capones, and blocks from the instantly popular re-opened Manny's Bar on the beach.

LOVE STAYING AT EL PUEBLO

ALWAYS CONTENT AT THIS LOCATION, THE ONLY THING AT THIS OWNERS PROPERTY IS THERE WERE NO EXTRA BATH TOWELS OR HAIR DRYERS I DIDNT BRING AND DETERGENT TO WASH. LAST TIME WE STAYED AT ANOTHER OWNERS PLAVE AND THEY HAD EVERYTHING FOR US TO USE. OTHER THAT AS I SAID VERY NICE PLACE LOVE ALL THE DECOR INSIDE VERY CLEAN

OK, but a bit pricey

So, the property is surrounded on three sides by a non-paved, sand/silt road. If you're on a motorcycle, plan accordingly, but in either case, your vehicle will be covered in dust. The property is gated and requires a remote to enter/leave. The water pressure is incredibly low. If you have long hair, it will be a challenge to wash your hair. There is no hairdryer. The mattress was one of the most uncomfortable that I have used in quite some time. The fitted sheet was so worn out that it would not stay on the mattress, so I ended up using the flat sheet from the other bedroom to make one usable bed. The sheets are of a low quality and are kind of gritty. There was a nice water cooler (with bottled water) in the unit, which was nice. Overall, it is an OK property, but it's not exactly close to the beach. It is very close to Al Capone's, which is a great restaurant. I would probably stay here again, but I would only do so if it was for a really low price.

Tropical paradise in a convenient location

This is a great property! Very clean, comfortable furniture, and all the furnishings are nearly new. Internet is very fast for Rocky Point, and the TV has Netflix, Amazon, etc. using Amazon FireSticks. The property is so cute and charming, the neighbors are very friendly, and the pool area is almost always empty so you are free to enjoy a tranquil environment. Super family friendly. The location is perfect - close to everything but much quieter than the chaos of Calle 13 or the Malecon. Restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance as is the ocean. A great bargain. The few downsides are they don't stock the essentials in the kitchen (no salt, pepper, oil, etc.), there's no elevator so you need to schlepp your stuff up to the second floor via the stairs, and the last time we were there, the hot water didn't work. The hot water did work the first time we stayed, so hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Horrible check in

Overall good stay. But checking in was horrible!! Couldn’t get into the property! Didnt give me a gate clicker! staff were just back and fourth on where to even get one!
