NEW 2 BEDROOM LUXURY APARTMENT - GREAT LOCATION -MODERN
Only 5 minutes from Playa Bonita & Sandy Beach. Many restaurants and stores within walking distance.

The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, bed linens, towels, Smart TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with city views.

We have 2 condos in the same building that can be rented for a bigger group or bigger family. You can rent a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathroom. If you rent both units you can have up to 12 guest.
There's plenty of parking right in front of the building.
Easy access to just about anywhere in town.
Short drive to the best Beach in town (Sandy beach & The Malecon).

Small pets allow for only $50 pet rent per night.

An Okay Stay

The area is not great and I wouldn’t recommend walking anywhere. The unit itself was larger than expected and very nice. The unit unfortunately did smell like mold and all my belongs did as well upon leaving. You can tell this unit was newly renovated although there was still debris from the construction. The water temperature as expected went from hot to cold every 10 seconds while remaining on the hottest setting. There is also no windows which makes sense for the area. Overall this place was good for the price but I won’t be staying in this area again. There was also a dog that barked at my car all night every night.

Hi Sophie, the unit was recently painted...sorry about the smell. We change the color of the entire condo. The property is located right on downtown sorrounded by restaurants and many business. This is not the getto and we have never had any issues. It's actually ONLY 2 blocks from the main street in Rocky Point. You only need it to turn on the water heather. It's brand new and there's a ON & OFF switch...but you never ask or contacted me. We always reply to any messg and pick up all phone calls during buzz hours. Thanks, Ivan
