This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is located on the 4th floor of the CC Tower.405 comes with accommodations for up to 6 guests; 2 people in each bedroom and 2 guests can sleep on the pull-out sofa sleeper in the family room. The living room is furnished with a tan and navy blue suede sofa with a bright blue pillow top love seat. The room has a dark birch wood end table, coffee table, and a media unit. There is a birch wood framed mirror mounted on the wall behind the sofa and a lovely reading lamp on the end table. The media unit has a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with cable and DVD and VCR below inside the media unit. The condo has wall mounted surround sound speakers so that you can watch movies and feel like you are in a movie theater.

You access the terrace through a set of sliding glass arcadia doors in the living area. The dining room has a rectangular-shaped maple wood table that is set to seat 6 people on matching chairs that have lavender seat cushions and placemats. The room has a wall-size wood framed mirror that really makes the room feel very open and spacious. The kitchen has honey-colored wood cabinetry with black on black appliances and granite countertops. The cabinets and drawers are filled with all the items needed to feel as if you are cooking in your own home kitchen. The tops of the shelves are decorated with small pots and plants and there is also a counter bar that can be used as a serving buffet for your guests.

The master bedroom has a king-size beech wood framed bed with a very fancy scrolled metal headboard. The bedding is a patterned print of turquoise and navy blue. There is a matching birch wood nightstand on each side of the bed. Both stands have a reading lamp and a drawer for misc items. There is a dresser on the opposite wall where you can keep your clothing and wall-mounted television. The room comes with a large closet if you prefer to hang your clothing and a set of sliding glass doors that open to the terrace. The bedroom has a room darkening roll-up shade so that you can sleep in with ease. The master bathroom has a double sink granite mirrored vanity with a commode and a walk-in shower made of marble and glass block. The 2nd guest bedroom has a queen-size bed with a dark wood arched headboard and blue and white quilted bedding. The room comes with two lighted bedside tables and a dresser for clothing. The room also has a large double door closet and a window that looks out to the resort property. The hall bathroom has a single sink mirrored marble vanity with a commode and walk-in shower. The terrace has a set of chaise loungers perfect for catching some sun and a rectangular-shaped glass top dining table perfect for enjoying a sunset meal. The condo also comes with a washer, dryer and many ceiling fans. You will be so pleased with the accommodations in this condo inside the Casa Blanca resort. There is no internet.
