the condominium offers you an excellent location, can be consider a front beach condominium with an excellent location.

Horrible Host and room

This was the worst room that we have ever experienced. The host was horrible and didn’t fix anything, but the unit was so bad it needs to be remodeled. Called VRBO and they did nothing. All around worst service that we have experienced in Mexico. False advertising, not room in pictures on VRBO.

Not worth the money paid

We had no refrigerator or freezer working the whole time we were there and I have yet to receive any kind of a partial refund that was promised the ceiling looked like it was going to fall in near the kitchen and the Wi-Fi was sketchy the whole time would not recommend it is not kept up very well

Check in was set for 4. Upon arrival of the condo, the front desks tells us to see property owner to get the keys. After multiple calls and texts to the owner and no answer, I call my mom to tell her what’s happening. Owner answers my mom first call. Seems like intentional avoidance. After the phone call with my mom, property owner finally answers the phone. She tells me that the room is not yet cleaned and she needs to send someone to bring me the keys. I ask her to call me back and tell me how long it will be to get the keys because I have already been waiting over 45 min to get into my room. After 10 min of no call back, I call and she gives me the passcode to the room. Which could have been done in the first place. Offers me a partial refund as an apology for over an hour of waiting to get into my room and for the room still being dirty. The refund has yet to hit my bank account w no answer back from the owner about it.
