The house was beautiful and perfectly located for our annual ski trip to northern Vermont. It had everything we needed. Amazing vistas, seclusion, hot tub, close (but not too close) access to town, comfortable rooms, fully stocked kitchen, etc.. We will definitely stay here again!
The house was very accommodating, beautiful windows/views in the winter time. Place was very clean and accessible, we had pretty much everything we needed. Lisa was great at communicating. Would definitely come back!

We would welcome you back. Thanks for being great guests.
Lisa is a wonderful host. Her home is a warm, comfortable, and relaxing space where people can connect. Beautiful views, close to skiing and many towns, and had everything we needed for a great stay.
Lisa’s place is wonderful. Such a peaceful and restful retreat. Lisa is an amazing host as well. We loved warming up by the fire and relaxing in the hot tub after skiing.
Really enjoyed our stay, house is as advertised. Beautiful Mountain views and sunsets, hot tub, wood burning stove, open airy living space and great property for the kids and dog. 15-20 mins into Stowe. Highly recommended.

Awesome property, perfect for a weekend ski trip getaway with friends
We loved this house. It was perfect to come home to after a day of skiing at Stowe. The hot tub was great, the beds were really comfy, and we found everything we needed in the kitchen for making breakfasts and snacks. Only thing we would suggest is to add a hair dryer to one of the bathrooms, but not a big deal. Definitely would recommend and stay here again.

Hi Rebecca, glad you enjoyed our home. Thanks for the feedback. There is a hairdryer but I guess I need to put it in a more obvious place!
My husband and I stayed in this house for a month. It was immaculate at check in. Lisa was very quick to answer any questions we had. The views were amazing. It was truly the trip of a lifetime.
Lisa’s place was such a great getaway, with everything you need and could want. The hot tub and fireplace were so nice after cold days skiing. Lisa was quick to respond and so helpful, she was over in just a few minutes when we got our car stuck in the snow, ready to help get us out. Can’t wait to be back!

Thanks Camille. We’d be happy to welcome you back.
Our experience at the property was fantastic. We tried to take advantage of all it had to offer, especially with a nice dumping of fresh snow: the stove, coffee drinking and reading spots, hot tub, snow shoes and trails. Lisa is a wonderful host and if you’re considering a trip here for a Stowe weekend or ski trip, don’t hesitate! Thanks for sharing your home with us and for the great stay!!

Beautiful, comfortable home
A dog friendly Vermont paradise is what we were looking for and exactly what we got. The house is welcoming, comfortable and clean. Private setting with mountain views and a great system of trails right out the backyard. Beautiful wood stove keeps the place warm and cozy and a hot tub in the back. Couldn't ask for more.

Thanks Christopher. Glad you loved our trails and home You were great guests and we would welcome you back anytime.
What an incredible vacation! I cannot say enough about the property and the host. Beautiful views, super quiet, see the stars, mountain views. The house is incredible. Lisa not only let us use her sleds- she had clearly moved some fallen trees for the kids. The home is lovely, with great energy. Perfect distance from town.
This is our second year back and we absolutely love the house. It’s a beautiful, peaceful spot with everything you need. And if you haven’t stayed in a ‘Vermont built house’- this is what you’ve been missing. Close to both Smuggler’s Notch (about 1/2 hour) and Stowe (25 minutes), with grocery stores just a quick trip down the hill. Beautiful views. I wish I could see it in the spring. The grounds are beautiful. We can’t wait to come back!

Thanks Heather. So glad you appreciate our home and we’d welcome you back anytime!
We loved our stay! So often rentals feel sterile and unwelcoming. Not here. We adored the mid century modern vibes of this home; this is a house I would want to live in. All the books, the art work, the plants, the fireplace ( oh how we loved this fireplace), and the well stocked kitchen made this place feel good. There are outdoor views from every place in the house. I also loved that the home was so welcoming to our pup. She loved her stay too. We hope to return again.

Great Rental Property
We rented the property for the NYE week and although the weather was frigid we really loved the house and the picturesque setting. The property owners; Lisa & Mary are super friendly and really helpful. The house is well appointed and CLEAN. We always pack everything you could possibly need when going away, but the rental had mostly everything we needed. The hot tub is a nice bonus too. There is a small town a few minutes from the property and Stowe is close by, so everything is within a reasonable drive. We'd definitely rent this property again. Hopefully we have the opportunity to come back soon.

Loved this house!
I was looking for a house in VT near Stowe with a hot tub and a chance to bring our little cockapoo....and I found it in this property! It was everything everyone on line said...big windows, wonderful fireplace, great hot tub and very responsive owner in Lisa. She met us upon arrival, gave us a tour and then left us to enjoy. My kids skied at Stowe and my wife and I enjoyed the fire, the view, our books and puzzles ....and we all cooked dinner and played board games each night. Everything was neat and within reach...amply supplied kitchen, paper goods, firewood and blankets. Easy move in and move out. Sure was nice to feel you were secluded and private....a true relaxing get away!

Richard and family, I’m glad our home was perfect for you. You are the type of guests we love to have and I hope you will return in the future.
We had a great time at this property with our two small infants. Lisa was very accommodating and we would definitely stay here again. Great winter getaway!
Our family has been renting vacation homes for many years and this is one of the cleanest, warmest and well stocked we’ve stayed in- which is why we keep coming back! It doesn’t feel like a rental- it feels more like your best friend offered their home to you for a few days. You will want for nothing. The views are magnificent and the fire and hot tub were just what we needed after a day of skiing. Highly recommended!
Lisa was a fantastic host. When we arrived a fire was already started in the stove, and the hot tub nice and hot. The house is conveniently located near many ski areas and staying there was a real treat. Highly recommended.
This was my first stay in Vermont, and using VRBO. I could not be more pleased with the whole experience and the home was spectacular! The hot tub and nearby slopes made for a great trip. I would love to stay again!

About the host
Hosted by Lisa Dimondstein
We live for the outdoors. In the summer Mary is in the garden or on her bike and Lisa is climbing mountains or doing her fine art photography. In the winter we are snowshoeing or cross country skiing. We live in a special place with 4 season activities out the door or a short drive away. We are both retired but are busier then ever! Zora is our wonderful golden retriever and she keeps us active. We love the peace and quiet of our home and hope you will too.
